Dunkin'

The only guy that was there wasn’t rude but had a very strange arrogant attitude and was wayyy too comfortable interacting with me like I was an old buddy rather than a customer and then proceeded to make one of the worst coffees I have ever tasted in my life. I go to Dunkin up to 5 times a week and get the same thing every time and it’s usually consistent and good, but this was just disgusting on a different battery acid level. When I went back in and politely said it tasted bad and very bitter, he did not say a single word to me, took my cup, added more sugar and cream to it which wasn’t gonna fix the issue if it was a bad batch of bitter coffee rather than a smooth coffee flavor (duh). So then not only was it bitter but also tooth rotting sweet. Didn’t bother going back in because I didn’t want to deal with him. My first and last visit to this location

Employee at the counter was very rude and didn’t even get the order right that was placed through the app. Also wasn’t ready in time . When I corrected the employee on my order they just starred at me blankly and refused to fix it . I can see why they have such awful reviews . Would avoid this location if possible .

I keep trying and hoping this place improves. I’m only writing this because this is not the first time I had this experience. I love dunkin, although this place never has enough donuts. They probably changed their name to dunkin because of this place. Coffee had so much sugar in it thought it was chocolate syrup. Only had everything and sesame bagels. Then out of the 12 possible ice cream flavors there were only 3 flavors to actually choose from. By the way it’s 10:45 on a Sunday afternoon in the heart of summer. Starbucks is down the road take the extra block to get your morning fix.

I understand the severity of what’s going on right now, but there is no reason for your only working employee this morning to take her frustration out on customers. This should be directed towards management, and not the paying customers. She was extremely rude. Maybe find her help or find another employee who isn’t going to be mad for servicing customers during these trying times for businesses.

Waited 20mins to NOT have my order taken. Watched several customers walk out because there is only one person on staff. OUTRAGEOUS. First thing in the morning when everyone is moving and rushing having one person on staff is not only foolish but costly. How much does it cost to pay someone to work a part time morning shift vs the income from getting peoples orders in a timely fashion. Seriously absurd and ridiculous. If i were a diabetic looking to grab something to eat before my levels drop your established wouldn't even make the list, I'd be dead in the lobby waiting to be served

Employees are extremely unprofessional, and act like they can't stand their jobs. On multiple occasions I've seen the manager talk on their cell phone while behind the counter, or disappear into the back while customers are waiting. There is absolutely no urgency, and my order has also been wrong more than once.
