Great employees and manager at this location. The food was great. The bathroom is locked and you do have to get an employer to open it but that makes sense given the homelessness issue in the area and I'm 100% in support of that choice.

Omg this Arcadia KFC just isn't the best... especially with CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They lack the patience and respect for their loyal customers!! What a TERRIBLE AND RUDE DISRESPECTFUL supervisor/manager named Ezequiel!!! I unfortunately had the worst pleasure of ordering today. Why is he so angry, pushy and rushing the customers??? Definitely not worth coming here while he's there!! One star because of the other employee that was happy to serve me. Bye Ezequiel!!

Drove thru. Wanted to compare their chicken sandwich with Popeye's and Mc Donald's. Crispy and taste fine but way too dry. Hardly any sauce.

The food here is deeeelicious! I got 3 chicken littles, 1 small side of coleslaw, 1 small side of mashed potatoes, and 1 biscuit for $11.77! The biscuits here are no joke they are AMAZING! So buttery and the perfect texture I am definitely coming back!
