Taco Bell

Second worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The last visit is my last visit to this location and I love Taco Bell! The food is perfectly fine. The service time STINKS. I gave it one more chance a couple weeks ago. 2pm on Saturday should be a slow time. It was. It still took 12 minutes from time of order to receive three tacos. It wasn't busy and many other customers were standing around waiting... frequently checking the time. Never again .

This location is FAMOUSLY bad, to the point that it is a joke among locals. In the 2 years living nearby I’ve had: -a beef crispy taco with literally no beef inside of it, just lettuce and cheese, -more than 4 times I’ve ordered a 3 piece combo meal with 2 items only -arguing about whether or not I ordered a drink with my *combo* from the self-service machines on the wall -seen many employees come & go, and even a new manager who was supposed to turn things around... haven’t seen her since! Best of luck getting food here but do yourself a favor: only go if you have time to kill and don’t care about what ends up in your bag. It could be literally anything.

The food is normal Taco Bell (you either like it or you dont), but what really sets this place apart is its cleanliness. Whoever manages this location is doing an outstanding job. It's neat and tidy and clean. This doesn't sound like a complement but I mean it as one. How many restaurants have you eaten in, let alone fast food restaurants, where things are superficially clean. Things are wiped off, but the table and counters are still oily and sticky. This place is immaculate.

Took the lady about 5 minutes to ring up my 2 items after messing them both up twice. Took less time to get my food and they wanted me to check and make sure that my ticket was the right one. For my single order of cinnabun delights as I had already gotten my drink. There was one other customer at the time. Drink was good. Delights were not delightful.

The staff currently working is a great team! They get the orders out in a good time, they work well together and when we go in the atmosphere is nice and calm. We're always greeted in a polite way upon entering and the staff is very nice, and we enjoy when they make conversation thats quite entertaining, while we wait for our food. This is our favorite Taco Bell in Santa Cruz, they're food also tastes a lot better than others! We're glad it's still open, so stop in for some food and see how you like it!

Have come here a few times and no issues, but seems like the staff has changed. I waited for over 20-30 minutes (if you include my time waiting for the 3 people in front of me in line). All the staff seemed incompetent and two orders behind us were given food before us. Would not recommend this Taco Bell untill they fix things.
