Mcdonald's

Stopped for a shake and kids meal after a day of traveling. Ice cream machine was shut off for the night, which fine okay. The employees were just horsing around and not paying much attention to customers. They ended up forgetting the apple slices in the kids meal. We went back around and waited at the window. The girl saw us but pretended like she didn't and kept cleaning. We literally had to honk twice and sit there for a few minutes to get someone to come to the window to help.

Drive through looked quick, they seemed to forgot I was in the mobile pickup spot, and gave me the wrong soda. Wanted a McChicken, Fries, and Diet Coke. Needed to be quick so I ordered on the app in advance. Saw a long drive through line and I had a small order so I figured, I would try the mobile pickup spot. I sat there for 15 minutes watching every car take 4-5 minutes to make their way through the drive through. When it arrived it was Coke, not Diet Coke. Clearly I could have made it through the drive through 3 or 4 times in that amount of time and I’m sure pick up inside might have been quick. It seems they just kinda forgot I was in the mobile pickup spot for a while.

I have gone there three times in the last week or two for morning coffee twice I waited in line for over 7 or 8 minutes before they could take my order, and there were only myself and one other car in line. This morning I went back again thought I'd give him another shot this time I ordered and still had to wait 7 or 8 minutes before I could get to the window to pay and pick up my food again there was only two or three of us in line. I drove off I could not wait any longer. Whatever happened to fast food? It's not happening at this McDonald's.

One a many standard McDonald's locations in the area. Staff is super friendly and cashier was attentive. Overall the place was clean and orderly. The Bad: This location is a little outdated and needs to be remodeled. Also doesn't have the self serve option for ordering. This is hard to believe since it appears to have good traffic. Many reviews mention the food and order accuracy. Please remember when reviewing a chain location, its not necessary to inject opinion about the food they ALL carry. Furthermore order inaccuracies happen occasionally at all locations. This is usually resolved by ordering menu items "as they come" and not custom. No need to think your superior due to your hatred of something specific. All in all a good experience.
