Arby's

It's Arby's, it's always good. I will share a story. Hubby and I went for supper and I was going to pay with my check card. I'd just gotten a nice commission check and had plenty of money to cover the bill. Well... My card was declined. A freeze was put on by my bank as they didn't recognize my previous purchase online. Hubby didn't bring his wallet and was mad at me. The gal was so nice and understanding I couldn't believe it. She let us have our order anyway. They would throw it out otherwise. We offered to come back and pay, but she said not to worry. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks for not making me feel worse than I already did. P. S. Bank unfroze my account the next day.

Had ordered day ahead of time 5 lbs of roast beef, extra sauce and extra au jus and when I arrived to pick the order up I was informed they never received any order. Upon further investigation she informed me they did receive the order but the hostess on duty the day before took the phone call but never wrote the order down. Kudos to the girl who stepped up and rushed to make the order happen! I wish I would have got her name. Ordered and paid for extra au jus sauce but in opening the package it seemed that there was very little in the beef. I give 2 stars for the store for dropping the ball but 5 stars to the girl who stepped up.
