The amount of meat and condiments put on my sub seemed to be cut in half. It happened the last 2 times I went there when they were open for business. They are always closed. Definitely not the same. Hope things turn around.

Always a must stop when in Wisconsin. Very fresh ingredients and always hot. I always order the Cheese Steak with mushrooms(except they didn’t have mushrooms this year) with mayonnaise.

Second time in the past 2 weeks we ordered pepperoni melts with NO CHEESE!!!! It's called a melt for a reason!!! Called to complain & the manager argued with us....seriously!!!! Won't be going back!!!!!!

The restaurant is clean and well kept. I have been to a few locations and maybe this was a one time thing but the sub tasted very different. Not bad, just not the same.

Awful hours. PAY YOUR STAFF BETTER so you can have enough staff for normal hours. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

Received an email for a free birthday sub and restaurant would not accept it. Evidently we were not in their "system". But yet they have our email address, and my wife's birthdate!
Bought two subs anyway. I would not recommend the hot roast beef sub.
Normally we like Cousins, but this visit was not good.
