Pizza King

Always wonderful food. We have been going to Pizza King for years now. Good pizza, gyros, and my favorite place for sub's in the area. Clean environment that is not often crowded. Overall a good place to stop for lunch or bring dinner home for the family as you can call in your order and pick it up on your way home. They will also prep pizza's for you if you ever need to plan ahead.

Very very horrible place! First The pizza was stuck to the bottom of the cardboard but i was like OK mistakes happen then I realized my bread sticks you know the three you get for 4 bucks then I found hair baked into my pizza and that was just it so I called and they offered me a free pizza. Well after that experience why would I want to order anything from you guys? So I asked for a refund, the manager wasn't in so I had to wait the next day and he did not call so I called them. He was EXTREMELY RUDE! And very unprofessional. I do a lot of reviews for different companies and this will be one I RECOMMEND NOT to take your family and spend your money. I will check out other Pizza Kings in the area but this one is very out of line. I EVEN TOOK MY ORDER BACK TO SHOW THEM! VERY UPSETTING!

Pizza and bread were good. Service was marginal. Received our pizza with a small portion missing. Server didn't say anything about it. We had to ask. She told us they lost a piece of it in the oven. Did we really have to ask why a piece or two of our pizza missing? She did give us a coupon, but we are from out of town. Coupon is not really going to help us out. Next time own a mistake and don't make a customer ask about an obvious situation. Communicate with them and come to a resolution you both can agree on. Don't just offer coupons. Problem solve a little better in the future.

Normally I have a great experience at Pizza King. However, today was not one of those experiences. I went around 3 pm on a Monday and did an order for a #1 American on wheat bread and toasted. About 20 minutes later, they realized they forgotten about my order and my sub was burnt. They were apologetic and upgraded my sub to a 12", but put my sub on the wrong bread and forgot pickles. I'd understand if they were busy but I was the only customer there at the time. I'm very disappointed by my experience.

We went here for a pizza dinner last week at 7:35 PM! We ordered a large pizza for the three of us to eat in! About ten minutes after the pizza was delivered to our table, the clerk came and told us that we only had another ten minutes to eat since they were closing at 8 PM!!! I personally feel that this is a terrible way to run a business! And I think that we should have been told that before we ordered! I know that I will not be visiting Pizza King again!!

Called in an order the other night at about 830pm. Ordered a meatball sub and a gyro. Went to pick it up and didn't bother to check the bag. Only had the meatball sub in there. When I tried to call to see if I could get the gyro because I spent 14$, of course they were closed. Meatball sub was great tho.
