Restaurant was filthy. (The tables in the picture were left like that for a very long time, still in that condition when I left). We couldn't get silverware or refills unless we searched for a server. Completely out of cheese and chocolate milk, food quality was not great. Conditions were unacceptable for a $70 meal.

I didn't give five stars because there was only one checkout open at 5 pm. Also, there were a lot of empty dishes on the hot bar. However, the staff was extremely friendly, the food was great, and I would definitely go here again. The man that bussed the tables was amazing. If everyone had his attitude the world would be a better place. He deserves kudos.

Came with family for my son's birthday. What 19 year old doesn't love a buffet? Was clean and food was tasty and stocked well. I'm not sure if he was a manager or just a regular employee, but one gentleman there was a hoot! Joking with customers and singing Christmas tunes as he cleared tables and refilled drinks. Definitely added to the atmosphere!

The quality of the food here is exceptional. I think everyone agrees that Golden Corral has really upped its game. You can see and pick whatever you want. You can take as much or as little as you want. No waiting. They do have healthy choices. Okay... It's not fine dining atmosphere. But the staff are cheerful and helpful. if you think about all of the advantages, the price it's pretty reasonable. There really isn't any risk that you're going to go away feeling dissatisfied because you went to some restaurant, took a chance and ordered a dish and then didn't like it.

Over the years I've been here a few times a year. It's okay for variety but the quality of the food is hit-or-miss. There have been maybe two times where I've thought the food was outstanding, but it's mostly just sustenance with choices at a fair price. Lately, they seem under-staffed. Plates pile up, tables are left dirty, glasses remain empty. The staff are friendly and upbeat, but they seem overtaxed.

Mostly clean. Friendly staff! Decent food. Pretty good selection. Warm enough for the most part. Pricing seems maybe a little bit high for the quality, but overall an acceptable place for lunch or dinner (especially for younger children since the dining area is always pretty loud). We typically only stop in once or twice a year & receive consistent service.

Currently sitting in the Golden corral in Appleton and not impressed at all, to start off we were here 2 hours before 4:00 and yet we were still charged the "weekend dinner price" so instead of our meal being roughly $10 like it should have been we were charged 18.50 per person instead of the normal lunch rate, which even their sign in the building says that dinner starts after 4:00 P.M. on top of that the food choices are slim to none, nothing looks appetizing and most of the food that is out looks old or is empty and not replaced, not many options and charged the wrong price for the wrong times. This is not worth almost $40 for me and my girlfriend to sit and eat lunch together, I wanted to give it 0 stars but Google wouldn't let me. I'm sad to see how this place has declined and I will not be coming back again especially because of the exorbitant pricing for the quality of food they have.
