The best fries I’ve ever had!! For real!! The burger and shake were phenomenal too! Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. It was our first time there and the person working the counter did an excellent job explaining the menu and helping us decide what to order. Fun & clean atmosphere. So glad we tried it, we will absolutely be back!

Staff is very friendly and makes the restaurant fun. They greet everyone that comes through the door. The food is delicious for a fast food place. The restaurant is very clean and staff are always keeping up with sanitizing the tables after someone leaves. My favorite is the Cajun fries.

First time at five guys for me and I had heard the food was good but a little spendy but it was well worth the money.
A young guy named Marcus took care of me, made some suggestions very cool kid, friendly, and had a great attitude! just the kind of guy you would want for a place like this!
The food didn't disappoint and I will definitely be back thanks Marcus!

The food is good. The wait was short. The staff was courteous. However, there is no reason for 2 burgers, 2 fountain drinks and 1 order of fries to cost nearly $40. It's an indulgence and there are other places with similar fare at lower cost.

Great place, love the food. Only thing is I got the wrong burger, it was completely my fault. My boyfriend asked them to fix it and it was our fault that I said the wrong order. They proceeded to talk about how I was blaming the cashier very loudly and it was my fault. Granted it was but I was in no way blaming the cashier. They don’t wear name tags but the one who was rudely talking about it had a goatee and was yelling the entire time even after the manger came out to tell them not to yell.

Over $20 for a 1/4# cheeseburger, small fries and large fountain soda?!? The food quality was average at best, and I wasn't even quite full when I left! I certainly wasn't about to spend another $11 on a cheeseburger, though! The menu is extremely limited with no appetizers, no soups or salads, no sides except for french fries...not even onion rings. Overall just a disappointing menu with few options to choose from. I'd advise going anywhere else in the area as this place has the highest prices I have ever seen around here for a lower-end burger joint in the Fox Valley. Such a RIPOFF.

Honestly, this place had been hyped up to me before I got there so I thought There was no way it could be as good as all that. But they absolutely lived up to the hype. The fries were amazing and they give you a generous amount. The burger was one of the best I have ever had. You could tell the ingredients were fresh. Love this place and now I am one of the people who tells others how great it is.
