Awful experience ordered at 8pm online arrived at 8:09 to employees just hanging around and they had no food in sight. Said they were not making anymore food. Shortages okay sure not a problem… but no leadership at all to refund my order their solution was for me to go back tomorrow. I’m sorry I don’t have time to drive all the way back here because you took my money online and then didn’t deliver what was bought. I would say plan on this place to stop making food around 7pm and whatever you do DO NOT order ahead I don’t blame the staff it’s the management. Direct reflection of total incompetence.

Staff was friendly and the line was not long on this most recent visit. The servings were reasonable for the price. When I asked for a side of sauce, the girl just stared at me. I guess they were out of teriyaki sauce and only had packets of sweet and sour to offer. We were happy with the service and the wait time. The food was fresh

I have no issues with the food. This rating is only in relation to the service regarding mobile ordering. There's apparently no point to ordering ahead on the site. When you get inside, the food won't be ready by the time started in your confirmation email. During today's visit, the machine the mobile orders come through was full of tickets waiting to be filled. Everyone on the line was tending to walk in customers. It took a 15 minute wait from my stated fulfillment time plus me reminding the cashier I had been waiting for a while with no food for her to finally walk over to the ticket machine and have someone start making those orders. Management needs to make sure both walk in and mobile customers can get their food in a timely matter.
