Dunkin'

I always go to the dunkin donuts downtown andover and I dont know about anyone else but 90 percent of the time they get my order wrong, forget something or just dont make it when I order online. That was one of those days I didn't even get my breakfast. Its to the point where I only go there if I know I have 30 minutes to waste inside. I will never order from there again because once or twice is cool but 9 times is unbelievable.

I'm sorry but this is the single worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Not that I wouldn't rather support a local business but they are at least convenient. Now the employees of this store are not up to the standards of any retail convenient fast food place on the planet. Not one single time that I've been to this location has it been a positive experience including today. This mornings adventure put me over the edge. I do not need to hear Spanish swears directed at me about my conversation with another employee. Not only is this unprofessional, but also ignorant to think I can't understand what they are saying solely because its another language. I don't think I will be returning to this location anytime soon regardless of the convenience factor.

I went to Dunkin Donuts at 93 Main St, Andover, MA 01810. Later, I used $7.00 to buy a Boston kreme donut and small frozen chocolate drink that cost $6.15. It made me feel happy, because I liked my Boston kreme donut and small frozen chocolate drink. I did not have a problem to solve. I would go to Dunkin Donuts again with my family. I liked everything.

Bianca is by far the best employee. Always willing to go out of her way. There is also one other girl who is great (she wears these round dark glasses occasionally - I forget her name). I hope these two employees stick around for a long time. It’s always nice to come in and have someone know exactly what I want and have it ready. Great job guys! Thanks.

My daughter went here with her friends in a small group. Some of them ordered drinks; some didn't order anything. As they sat waiting, an employee came and told them to leave. When they explained that they were waiting for two drinks, the employee told the other girls to leave. What kind of customer service is that‽ On top of that, the employee left people waiting in the order line to come over and give my daughter's friends grief.

Never had a decent experience here. Everyone working is also some special kind of stoned. Just got a sausage egg and cheese and they forgot the sausage. Had to complain once because my girlfriend and I ordered Frozen iced chocolates in the summer and the girl didn't make enough for 2 so she taught the other girl she was training how to how to hold the cup upside down and make a half full cup look full when you hand it to customers.
