Ordered 3 bagels through doordash. One had the wax paper that the cheese is wrapped in cooked into the bagel sandwich. Perfecto's didn't seem particularly interested in my complaint. He was rather indifferent when I called.

The sandwiches are great but my experience with this place is ALWAYS a complete piece of s***. The people who prepare your food are rude and dismissive, acting irritated that you’re trying to specify, as if they know what you’re going to ask for before you even do (such as extra cheese, less egg)—and then they make it incorrectly! I have ordered from here probably 50 times (mostly on DoorDash; a few times in person), and I kid you not: they have messed up my order over 35 times. You need to teach the most common early-morning food prep person about politeness, and also how to read/listen to people’s orders considerately.

I enjoyed this nice little bakery. The bagels were pretty good, and my kids enjoyed a few pastries. Definitely a good place for breakfast or a sweet treat.

Perfecto's bagels are the best! The cinnamon raisin and French toast ones are to die for. The muffins are also amazing. Every one I have tried has been delicious. The only thing I would say is that they don't have any butter to spread on your bagels which I thought was very strange.

Bagels are never toasted and never warm. You ask for toasted and you get a cold un-crispy bagel with cream cheese smothered all over it. You need to get a new toaster. I can’t even eat there anymore.

Perfectos bagels are the best I've ever had. We've been enjoying them for as long as I can remember. Would love to see a dairy-free cream cheese option in the future!

Will never order from them again. After several mistakes on our company breakfast order we stopped going here. After a few months we decided to try it again. Again nothing but mistakes with office breakfast orders. Today another sandwich absurdly wrong. When I called to express my frustration about probably the 5th order that was wrong the owner sad sorry we made a mistake but I have a line of people in front of me and hung up.
Thanks Perfectos for making sure someone didn't get their Christmas breakfast order, as usual.
