If I could rate 0 stars, I would. A co-worker ordered through an app and used my debit card. The co worker then discovered that she ordered from the wrong store. She called and canceled the order immediately but they still charged my debit card. I have called several times to try and get this resolved and today I was finally told that I have to bring in my bank statement where I was charged so they can review for a refund! I live over an hour away. This won't be a simple task but I'm still hoping for a refund. Food is good but without decent customer service, it doesn't really matter.
7 days later- can't get a refund. Panera Bread Anderson is $30 richer and I'm out $30.

I’ve had the monthly coffee subscription for several months. My coffee cup is ready to go every morning after ordering. And the ladies working in the morning are always very kind and friendly. Thanks so much!

I visited this Panera for takeout. Employee taking my order was nice and polite. It was not busy on a Saturday, early evening. I ordered the pick two (grilled cheese and tomato soup) and a chocolate croissant. My order was ready in about 8-10 minutes. Food was great!

The bathroom was disgusting like it hasn't been cleaned in months and many tables were dirty. Food was the usual good stuff I just hope they clean the kitchen better than the rest of the place 🤢

Very tasty dinner. All cashiers were so pleasant. 99 cent pastries with meal + drink purchase 😋 👌

The new chicken sandwich was good but not as good as some of their other sandwiches. Needs something like avocado or a seasoned mayonnaise.

Went 2 get coffee better than gas stations I may say. Didn't get food this time. Not 2 bad.
