Went through the drive thru ordered on the touch menu. Asked for a chicken bacon melt and got home to find that they had gave me a spicy sub. No excuse for what they did. Do Better!

Walked to he store 20 minutes before closing time, and as I walked up to the door at 9:40 before they close at 10, guy saw me about to walk in and locked the door in front of me and just stated at me watching from inside. I know you close soon, but I've worked at subway before and they aren't that hard to make. Really locking the door in front of someone before your closing hour and just staring at them though?

Ordered from their online app and that worked well. Tried their pizza for the first time and it was decent. It wasn’t great but what you’d expect subway to have. Good thing is there’s a lot of toppings to pick from and they didn’t skimp on it.

Friendly staff and always good. Owner was working today because of the bad weather and to allow his employees to stay home.

Arguably the worst Subway restaurant in Anderson. I don't remember the last time I've gone there and actually had a complete and accurate order. And also not take three times as long as Jersey Mike's to even get the order.
The store closes well before the posted restaurant hours. Employees appear bothered by actually having to serve customers. Items on the digital drive through order menu aren't actually offered in the store (like the subway vinaigrette). Can that system not get some kind of update?
Just an absolutely pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Just shut the store down already or replace management and associates.

Clearly this subway is a franchise and not corporate owned. They need a manager that focuses on sales and not trying to get ready to close two hours before they are closing. Couldn't even get a sweet tea after waiting ten minutes after the person on duty clearly seem me and ignored me so she could finish preparing to close.

Worst subway to go to. There were two black ladies working and I was the only person in the drive through No one in the restaurant and it took them close to 30 minutes to make two sandwiches only to forgot our drink and cookies. They seemed to be high. Constant issues with this subway.

One of the staff is not wearing a mask. The individual waiting on us was. We also walked out leaving our order. When we ask them about wearing a mask, we were told that they don't have to wear a mask and then he laughed. I felt that they don't care about others and raised concerns about other sanitation practices.
