I went in around 5:30 to get a hot sandwich. They told me “The oven is turned off” and nothing else. Wasn’t even close to closing time, they didn’t even offer a further explanation to say if the oven will be turned back on later because their cleaning it or whatever else is the reason because they can’t be closing more than 3 hours early. They didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience, which is what should be said as part of good customer service to any customer. I’m done with this location, I’m never going back again, there are plenty of other subways in town that are far better than this unorganized and messy one. Heed my advice and the others before DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.

Really clean but no restroom and had my gushing issues 3 times and could not use a restroom sucks and went with a friend and his girlfriend they had lunch and I had fountain drink ...

Showed up an hour before closing, little bit of a wait because it looked a bit understaffed, but they made my subway sandwich the way I wish that every subway sandwich I’ve ever had would have been made. These employees need a raise.

So the northern lights Subway is closing at 8:40 and it says they're open till 9 I was told they were closed and they're not open and with service like that i don't wanna eat here. Many of the other locations are great tho.

This looks like the grossest sandwich I’ve ever seen. I got my order totally wrong and all soggy. Do not order online with them.

Surprise but staff was fast friendly and fun. Good attitudes.

Ordered twice through the subway app from this store and the 1st time I got the wrong order and the second time they didn't even have my order ready when they had 15 mins to do it and it was not during a busy time of day. I'd recommend never online ordering from this store and go in and order.
