Really kind employees!! Yummy food. Tap water so crisp!

The dishes were not very hot and we ate just after pickup (on the tables outside). The Angus Steak was barely warm and was a little off compared to normal. Other than that, it was enjoyable. Staff was friendly. Order was ready before estimated pickup, which is always a plus and a minus if you like hot food (which I do). Have had better food quality at this location before, so benefit of the doubt.

So besides the service just being spectacular we somehow managed to leave my wallet sitting on the counter returned about 2 hours later after realizing it and they recognized us got it for us nothing was missing wouldn't even accept a gestures tip for being so honest I would highly recommend this one highly recommend

I was missing some food from my order and I came back and Claudia was the one to help me out with my request. Excellent customer service from her was able to compromise for my missing item with no issue at all

Excellent food ordered ahead online. The woman at the window was obviously frustrated that I couldn't remember exactly what we had ordered and complained that the order had not been received nor proof that I had paid. While I was looking up the confirmation I was sent she slammed the window shut. Moments later opened it and thrust the order in my face without a word! Apparently she was having a bad night. Nothing but chop sticks to eat with (req. tableware & napkins) but it was still tasty with sporks I had at the hotel.

They left something out of my order last night. I forgot to check the bag after I grabbed it, got home and called the wrong store by accident. Didn't find the last part out until today. They still gave me what the manager at another store promised. They made things right, appreciate the employees here.

I always love going to Panda when I'm trying to get the kids away from burgers and fries. They love using the chop sticks. 😂 My daughter loves the breaded shrimp. I am a Beijing beef guy. But we agree on the noodles instead of the rice.

The American Fork Panda Express is the one with the best drive thru service. A girl named Sarah took great care of me. She is very friendly and very pretty, always with a smile. I love going to that restaurant.
