I’m upset. NEVER AGAIN. We waited in line for OVER AN HOUR! Okay, so whatever, except there was only 7 cars in front of us. When we finally got to the window, we had to wait almost 30 min more for our food. Even if frozen, it should have been cooked by then. We would have left the line if we could have but the wall and median prevented us from being able to. I can understand getting a little backed up or messing an order up, but no apologies and poorly cooked food isn’t acceptable. The staff were just standing around doing absolutely nothing to help, if there was a shortage of staff. We should have went to Taco Bell next door. Or even to a sit down restaurant at this length of time. Ridiculous.

I was really excited about Whataburger the other night. I hadn't had any in a while. We pulled up with only 1 truck in front of us so it really shouldn't have taken long.. 2 cars pulled up outside in the togo orders (app) area. And that was it. It took us around 40 to 45 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 drinks.

I don’t live anywhere near a Whataburger anymore so when we are close to one we have to eat here. This location was great. They got the order correct. We had several people we were getting food for through the drive through and it was all right. No complaints. Was as good as I remember as a kid.

Ordered my food on the app at 7:15pm, given my curbside order would be ready at 7:33…. It is 7:58pm and I am still waiting on my food. Went inside to check on the order. No sorry, “oh we just didn’t see your order!” But here are your drinks! I want my food!!! The manager can careless! No apology- nothing- just wait and wait and wait for your food if you want it!! Don’t go to WhataBurger on Hollywood if you are hungry- or actually expect to get any service or your food!! It is 8:09 AND I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD!!!

There service and quality of food has gotten absolutely terrible. Went there today for a curbside pickup order and sat 20 minute before having to go in and ask where my order was. No one cared and in the end they gave me an incomplete order.

Slow and poor customer service through drive through. Over 30 minutes just to place an order. That doesn't include the wait for the meal.
Needs new management.
The last two times I've been here my meal wasn't very good either.
This is my last visit to this sorry establishment!

I love Whataburger so this is kind of a biased review but there were 11 of us that ordered it did take a little bit probably because there was a family that came in that had nine people in their group but everybody was very accommodating and did a great job as well as our order was correct minus a few missing milkshakes but they made it right!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the app and the curbside service and the food, am handicapped and in a wheelchair and the convenience and service is excellent at the Whataburger we went to.👍🏽🙏🏽
