1 star is just for the service cashier. I ordered my food at 7am Bacon Egg No cheese on everything bagel, sausage egg wrap, hash brown & a hot coffee. The service was good but the bagel was soo hard, the sausage with stinky & the hash was little burned. How come the bagel can be hard if they make fresh everyday. My order was $12.08 but it wasn’t worth it. Next time I’ll definitely check my food before I leave this place.

The people working here seem to have a very friendly atmosphere amongst themselves, and that spreads to everyone who comes in. Very refreshing, I wish more places were run properly enough such that their employees are literally happy.

Even repeating my order twice over, they still managed to mess it up. From this point onward, I'm going to have to take my order apart to make sure it's correct when visiting 'any' Dunken Donuts.

The employee was soo nice. She prepared my Machiatto to perfection and worked really quickly.

I asked to speak to the manager, which they had none on site. The way they have the glass doors set up, my daughter who is 6, walked right into the glass window and busted her lip. The least they could do is have a decal of some sort, it is definitely tricky to see a door on the other side of a glass window.

Staff was friendly. Appreciate the attentiveness. However, iced chai latte could be better. Basically drinking iced milk. Other than that they are okay.

Not a good experience at all .. we ordered bunch of food but the cashier/manager was not that polite. I ordered a medium coffee and ordered Vanilla Chai and her reaction was " I DONT DO CHAI ANYMORE ".. we were like okay .. then we ordered everything bagel with vegi cream cheese and i told the girl to please toast bagel with cream cheese on it and she started to doing so but the manager came again and she was like " WE DONT DO THAT " .. NOT A PLEASANT VISIT ..
