Amazing! You approach the bar and order then find a seat either inside at the dim lit fairly comfortable seating or outside on the patio. Very fast and very tasty cocktails with a huge flavor profile!!!

Emily was an awesome bartender and “wino”. We just moved to PCB and she gave us more knowledge on wine then we thought we knew! I highly recommend this place and ask for Emily! You won’t be dissatisfied!

Large selection of spirits, but no list and short menu to go off of. Bar area is still closed due to covid, but they serve to go drinks. Food selection is limited to snacks and apps, but the dishes we tried were good. Overall a very nice spot to get a specialty cocktail.

Was here last night for my wife’s birthday, and we had a really great time!! Jordan made sure our water was filled the whole time. The BOH staff was incredibly talented; they have a great group of chefs. We ate the charcuterie platter and were really happy with the portions and variety. Our server treated us to a sparkling white and my wife left feeling very special. Our party agrees we made the right choice to spend our Saturday evening with Neat’s skilled staff.

We had high hopes for NEAT and they were exceeded! Cool, chic, coastal-modern decor and design inside. The grand charcuterie board we selected was incredible—a wide variety of cheeses and meats. Our cocktails were unique and refreshing and the perfect amount. The menu here is small, but perfectly tailored for an excellent cocktail and small bite experience. Service was perfect. Check it out if you are in Alys Beach.

Outside seating was plentiful. Wait staff was attentive but not quick. Two food items were excellent. Drink menu was creative, but short. Will come again and you should try

We came here for an appetizer before our dinner reservation elsewhere. We ordered the prosciutto de parma flat bread, roasted garlic, figs, arugula, manchego, vincotto (whew, that's a mouthful!) from the shareables menu. It was absolutely incredible! I wish we had known about this place otherwise we would have come for dinner. Highly recommend!

Unique place. Food was amazing!! Space was really cold. They are open b4 5 but you cannot order anything but drinks and minimal snacks. Location is great. Definitely come by after 5 as the food was worth the wait!!
