La cuisine de Grey est généreuse comme lui. Ses plats sont un régal pour les yeux et le ventre...Grey est très creatif, il utilise que des produits frais de saison et de qualités pour le plus grand bonheur de nos papilles. Son restaurant se trouve dans un espace de convivialité exceptionnel et en plus on peut aussi pratiquer du très bon yoga avec Isabella ou profiter de la piscine. Angela de bordeaux

Nach zwei AsanAku- Wochen in der Villa Isabel diesen Sommer, kann ich nur sagen, es war alles wunderschön und stimmig. Das Essen von Greg war allerdings tatsächlich DAS tägliche Highlight. Seine Kochkünste und seine Kreativität sind großartig- einfach Spitze. Auf jeden Fall ein Grund wieder zu kommen 😋👌👌

He has a lot of knowledge about food and how to combine ingredients. He loves to buy regional food of best quality and he shares his knowledge with great pleasure.
