Nice looking buiding externally & no lines BUT the inside is very disorganized.
Didn't think much but when I took my 2 yr. Old to the washroom to wash him up after eating our chocolate donuts...disgusted. Before you walk up you can smell urine & bathrooms as a whole don't like they've been cleaned in months! Although, nice workers if this is their mentality of cleanliness what does it say about the food & drinks we get from Dunkin?? Won't go back

I stop here alot. Usually good service. They do occasionally overlook mobile food orders when ordered with a drink but for the most part my orders ready when I arrive. Always very courteous.

If you use mobile ordering use caution ordering food after 7pm (or 1 hr prior to closing). They turn off the ovens very early. The app still allows the order to go through. The store cannot refund you if you order on the app.
Also if the store is out of something the app doesn't recognize that and allows the order.
It's extremely frustrating because the cannot process refunds!
Yesterday there was coffee grinds in my hot coffee!

These guy’s always screwing up my drinks!!! I was there this morning no lines or anything waited way too long for my drink because of a machine issue they were having, get my macchiato and there no espresso shots or Carmel swirl just a cup of milk and coffee. Last time for me! Ridiculous!!!

I just picked up an Apple Fritter from this location and it was completely RAW on the inside. The first bite was ok, the next bite was sticky, gooey dough. Nauseating to say the least! I tried to call the location to let them know, but no answer. I stopped going to this location because of the lousy service at the drive thru in the a.m., but since I was getting gas, I figured I’d grab a donut. I’ll go back to driving further to ANY other location again!!!

Every single time I go here I’m waiting over 5 minutes for an iced coffee. No matter what I order I’m always waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I’ve worked at Dunkin’ and I know how long things take. I’ve waited while the teenagers stand around and talk and they’ve messed up my order twice now. This is the only Dunkin’ right by my house and it’s very disappointing. Hire people who actually care about their job and know what they’re doing.

We ordered two coffees. Iced caramel with cream no sugar and regular with cream and sugar. And it tasted like cream and water. Barely had any coffee in it
