Panera Bread

New review 5/22/22: A bug fell off my sandwich as I was taking a bite! Disgusting!!!! Never eating here again. I scheduled an order to be delivered between 12:00-12:15 and for them to leave it at my door. At 11:47 my doorbell was ringing! What is the point of scheduling an order if you aren’t going to deliver it in the correct timeframe? I work from home and was on the phone with a customer. Why were they ringing my doorbell and standing there for 3 minutes when I requested the food be left at my door?? I looked at the receipt on the bag and there was barely any ink..so maybe the driver couldn’t even see my instructions. Maybe refill your ink before you print receipts with important info! Also, I received two emails asking for a rating, but when I click on it, I am taken back to the order tracking page. That’s why I’m leaving my rating here. I’d expect a big company to be a little more organized than this.

I usually don't have a negative opinion on this Panera location, but I was absolutely disgusted by the worker who apparently gotten an order of bagels incorrectly (here me out). The customer went through their bagels with their hands and noticed that the types of bagels they wanted were incorrect, went back to the worker, and the worker changed out the bagels and put back the bagels they both touched (without gloves I may add) back onto the rack to serve to customers coming in later in the day. This is not sanitary, especially during COVID. I've also noticed a bunch of new employees that do not seem properly trained since the last time I visited.

absolute worst service. there were tons of people working, and when I came in to pick up my order, not one of them even looked at me. Worst aura. i grabbed my food and then when I told the girl at the counter by the door to have a good day, she just looked at me and then said nothing back. Wont be visiting again, really bad customer service.
