My large caramel macchiato was made correctly and my cup was full. The person who served me was friendly, my bagel was fresh and the AC was working and comfortable. Thank you.

The worst customer service ever. I went to this location today March 4, 2022 about noon. I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered, a large hot french vanilla coffee extra extra. The female repeated back a large ice coffee. I repeated my order again. With an attitude she said whats extra extra. She said is that extra cream extra sugar? I said yes, my son decided he wanted a coffee as well, so I ordered the exact same thing. With an attitude she says ice or hot? I told her hot she asked again ice or hot. I said; you know what just cancel the order I dont want anything check your attitude. When I left passing the drive thru window a young man started waving smiling and said bye.. It was the worstt experience, I blame it on poor management. Employees only work as good as theyre managed. I will NEVER return to this location.

Dee and jamekeyah was so great with assisting me with my order today!! Dee was awesome at taking my complex order and jamekeyah made me the best iced Latte I’ve tasted so fa. Great Dunkin With great staff and Great employees!

Possibly the worst coffee experience I ever had. I doubt there is any coffee in my drink for all I taste is crepe. My boyfriend got a LG mocha latte and it just taste water down.
Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and waste your money- your order will be wrong. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Donuts were not on display so I didn't know what I could choose. Dark roast coffee just plain nasty. I'm not convinced anyone in the company has tried it...

Multiple days in a row mobile order incorrect. Green Matcha Tea and was attempted to be handed twice a coffee order, then had to pull forward and wait on new drink...then was given wrong food item a 2nd time. Ordered an assortment of donut holes and was only given 2 flavors?! So I guess they ought make 2 flavors in the mornings?? Very disappointed
