I have only been to this location once. Before I went, I was warned that they always get your order wrong. I ordered two bowls of broccoli cheese soup and a chicken frontega sandwich with no onions, to drop off to family members at a hospital. Instead, I got a cup of broccoli cheese soup, a bowl of broccoli cheese soup, and a BBQ chicken sandwich loaded with onions. The family member I was bringing the food to is allergic to onions. The order was also under the wrong name, so it sat on the shelf for 15 minutes before I asked about it, and was given a bag with someone else's name. So, I guess it was one and done! Won't go to this location again.

I used to go to this Panera at least twice a week, but lately stopped going altogether! I ordered a breakfast sandwich on thick bread and it looked like it had green spots, possibly mold. I travel for work and went to a Panera in Boston that seemed to be 5 times better than this location. I gave Panera another chance and started going quite often, today I got an egg wrap that had a hair in it. I believe I am done with Panera altogether, especially this one. What a shame, used to be a good chain!!!! Update to my review, once again, just got a pick-two through the drive through. When I paid and picked up my food, they gave me the wrong order, I then told him what I had, gave me another bag, which I thought was the correct order, only to find when I got him to my dismay, that they still didn't have the correct order and I got the wrong food! Any of these fast food places on Wolf Road are all terrible, staff has to be trained better, whether it is Panera, Taco Bell, McDonalds, they all seem to screw up!!!

It's a panera. They did mess up my order, but fixed it quickly when I asked. However these are the saddest panera employees I've ever seen. Everyone looks depressed and angry.

Ordered breakfast via the website for pickup and one of the breakfast sandwiches was completely wrong. The other had like 10 egg whites on it and was a mess. Wouldn’t go to this location again.

Not consistent, my spouse and I had the same sandwich, they did not look the same. No plasticware to take back to our hotel. A random piece of bread thrown in the bag, not wrapped. Grilled Cheese under done. The mac and cheese was good.

Panera is hit or miss. Went last week and got the half sandwich and salad. It was the Mac and cheese grilled sandwich - would have been good if it wasn’t ice cold. Bread was warm and grilled but it was like Mac and cheese from the fridge slapped on the bread. Gag! I think that’s it for me for a while.

I got Asian sesame chicken salad. The salad was sub par. It had the appearance of it was thrown together in a takeout container and with very little chicken provided.
