Subway

Not only was I charged several dollars more for my order (compared price with Subway's updated menu with prices for December 2021), my card was also charged 20% tip without my consent. Paid $30 for two foot-long subs. Feel robbed, and shocked at how unprofessional and unethical the store employee was. This store has permanently lost my business.

I tried to leave 0 stars, but it doesn't give the option... I was very disappointed with my order. I got the footlong turkey breast sandwich and there was barely any turkey breast on my sandwich (also wanted less Lettuce, but they went ahead and piled it on my sandwich instead). Also I tasted barely a bite of Swiss cheese on it that also was barely on it.. There was a lady named Tabby when I got to the drive thru and was asking me if I wanted a tip? Last time I checked employees are not allowed to do that and it was very unprofessional. I just don't understand what was the point of letting people order their food using a touchscreen menu, if you the order still gets messed up. There's literally 3 people in the drive thru making my sandwich... never going here again unless changes are made.
