The chicken seemed as if it had sat for awhile. We ordered a mix of crunchy and original with all thighs and got original mixed bucket. No plastic ware, napkins and no butter for the rolls either. Tried to call back but phone was consistently busy. Not a good night to feed a bunch of kids! 😥

I like KFC for its original recipe.
You can find extra crispy anywhere.
The single piece is good for a fast lunch that doesn't fill you up or slow you down.
The pot pie is really good and a quick filler upper.

Even though they were very busy, it only took them about 10 minutes or so to get my order out to me. I had a big order at that. Very impressive, and the food was fresh and delicious.

The girl working the drive through today with brown short hair messed up our order today, also told me they had Buffalo sauce then we get our food they gave us one honey and one bbq for two meals and then there was no Buffalo sauce went inside and asked for Buffalo sauce come to find out they don’t even have Buffalo sauce so the girl in the drive through lied to me. Just very disappointed if knew they didn’t have the Buffalo sauce I would have ordered something different but instead the lady lies to me.

Food was great but the customer service could really really use some help. I normally am very understanding but I have never gone to a restaurant and got such rude servers before.

This place is trashy. We have seen roaches several times. The bathrooms are gross. The strips are 3 inches long, crusty and dry. 4 strips and 2 sides $12. The cashier was horrible, hateful and very unprofessional. Very confrontational. 2 days before we got a breast meal with 6 fries. The night crew does not care what they say or serve. My 66 year old husband got molded slaw last month and argued with a kid for 5 minutes. We will never go back! Been eating at KFC since I was a kid. They have butchered the menu until there are a few side choices.

If zero stars was possible… I would have rated it zero.Ordered 8 piece family meal received: large bowl of gravy with only 1/4 bowl of gravy, large container of potatoes with only two tablespoons of potatoes, chicken 4 wings two thighs and one leg, 4 biscuits. They were “out” of coleslaw. Very disappointing. You pay for a meal for your family and raised prices to not be able to feed them what you ordered.

Usually I go through the drive thru, but today my family and I went inside, not only was the food HOT AND FRESH, I experienced the best customer service I have ever had at a fast food place!! I wish I got the gentleman's
