Kfc

It takes alot for me to write a review like this but I feel the need to make people of aware of the poor quality of food I purchased tonight. The food was stale and old. When we got home I was so ashamed of the look and taste that I could not feed it to my family. This has caused me to reevaluate eating-out all together. I will from this Point on make it a priority to prepare home cooked meals. I threw out the rest of the chicken, this is Harford County do better and understand people pay their hard earned money for a decent meal.

Service at the drive thru with the order take was horrible. She was rude. The window person was really nice and made up for the rude person. The food was ok. We ordered 2 5pc Nashville hot tenders, but were told they only had a total of 6 tenders available at 7pm. So we ordered the meal and the extra tender. The tenders were so small. I went on to order something from Taco Bell. I asked the woman if it came with a regular chalupa shell and she said yes, but with cheese. It was not a regular shell. It was a really chicken shell. It was not something I wanted. I couldn’t eat it. My husband did enjoy his Nashville hot meal.

This place is absolutely awful. It needs to be shut down. The customer service is poorly — these workers dropped my Nashville hot chicken tenders into the same cup of my drink. But yet still proceeded to pour my drink in the same cup, this is horrifying and disgusting. I really thought after the remodeling it would make it better, but it made it worse. I see why they have poorly ratings. These people here are disgusting. Shut down this revolting place.

The worst KFC I have ever been to in my life. I pull up to the drive thru and they are screaming at the top of their lungs at each other. I could have swore someone was killing someone in there. So much so, the young lady at the window got on the radio asking them to stop. Then I order a 3 piece and 2 sides and they gave me 2 dry over cooked thighs and a drum stick that was the size of a chicken wing. This chicken had to have sat there for at least an hour of two before they served it. Normally I would ask for my order to be fixed but I don't trust them. HORRIBLE....I threw it completely away.

We've had bad experiences before and agreed to never patronize this location again. After seeing the remodeling being done, we thought that KFC was turning over a new leaf. That thought was short lived when my husband decided to grab a late dinner at 8:15pm. Immediately upon ordering food, but husband could tell that the person at the drive through had a nasty attitude. He was then told that they didn't have anymore chicken for the night. I don't know if that's true or not, but I do know that we will never come back to this location ever again!

Terrible. Waited for 25 minutes at drive-thru, I ordered a bucket with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Chicken was dry and unflavored, mashed potatoes were very bland. Coleslaw disappointing as usual. The lady who took my order and gave me my food was rude and had little care about customer expiration. On top of all this my girlfriend and I got salmonella from the chicken. This was the first time I went after the rework on the building, needless to say but was the last time I will ever eat KFC.

I would have given this location a 0. I had ordered a new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This was my first and last time. The chicken used was dry completely and hard with barely even any sauce on it to negate the dryness. This location has had it's problems with orders being incomplete or wrong. My last visit from today was October 2019. I am thoroughly disappointed. The reason we stopped visiting the previous time, was that the employees at that time were kids and were being belligerent while customers with kids were eating inside. I am through with this location. I drive out of my way to not go here and visit other locations.
