Ordered through the app this morning, line wasn’t very long but I sat for a long time until I just had to leave. I had called and asked about a refund and the employee was rude on the phone. I WAS able to get my refund through corporate. I just went back through to reorder my food and there was a hair on it. I love Dunkin but get it together pls

I usually just get coffee so I can't speak on the food but the iced coffee is awful here. I've given it 3 chances but every time it's extremely watery. It's not that the ice is melting or that it's hot outside because it's winter and even the first sip just tastes like coffee flavored water which is so gross.

Went in to buy a coffee and the container for dark roasted coffee was empty. Asked an employee that was next to me mopping, why was the container empty. He told me to go ask the cashier's because he has nothing to do with making the coffees. I left. I didn't have time to interrupt the chatty ladies and wait for them to brew a fresh batch.

Drive thru line moves fast. Food was good. The beverages ( two ice coffees) have been better before. They were weak/watered down today.

I sat in drve thru waiting for someone to say something, after a few minutes I saif hello, waited and then said hello again. Not a peep. I just left and went somewhere else for coffee. Best thing to do anyway since the last time a while back I got something from there they messed it up bad. Was hoping to try it again today cause mess ups are inevitable but this time I couldn't even place an order. Won't come back.

Extremely fresh doughnuts and coffee. Workers are knowledgeable and polite. Great location. The place is in the same building as a nice convenience store and gas station. The best tossed coconut doughnut I’ve had in a while! Will go back for sure! A+!

Very clean spot. I stoped here to eat some breakfast really early in the morning and the staff was helpful and gave me good service. The food was good.

Super fresh donuts and excellent coffee. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. The donuts were super soft as they were so fresh. The store was clean and orderly. The staff were all friendly and cheerful.
