5 stars because the cheesecake pancakes are GENIUS and to die for. Add the extra benefit of being able to order alcohol, which you can't do in Massachusetts, and you get my favorite restaurant if I lived closer.

Waited long enough I memorized their giftshop and beat myself at checkers at least 3 times before I got my food. (About 40 minutes) however they were incredibly polite and the food was great.

Our waitress Katrina was one of the best waitresses we have had in a very long time for Cracker Barrel. She had my cup of coffee filled and continued to give me and my husband the best customer service. I pray that she graduates from Emory and Henry with Top Honors and I know without a doubt her sweet moma in Heaven is looking down on her and is so proud. I know that I would. And for her dad I pray that the two of them find that connection of understanding each other. That comes with time I know. Thank you again for hiring such a wonderful young lady who has the world at her finger tips.

Easy access from interstate 81. Seated promptly. Service was good and very tentative. Food arrived in timely manner and as always very good. Overall nice stop. The only negative thing I'll say the restroom (s) were in need of attention. I do realize there are staffing issues but the RRs still need checked.

Always great breakfast and love the unlimited biscuits and gravy. Never eaten dinner and lunch here so I have no idea as to whether it's any good but I suspect it's probably decent. The entry way is a tourist trap so don't waste your money just pay and be gone

Third Cracker Barrel I went to on my trip. Just like every other one, too. Quick service even when every seat was filled. Good place to rest while on the road. Had chicken tenders and eggs with coffee. Waitress was nice and made sure our cups were always filled.

Peach pancakes and country ham, Sunday Chicken Dinner, Coca Cola cake, lots more good things to eat and it's not expensive. They have upgraded their service tremendously and the staff is good. Nice place to go fir any meal of the day or just to get a cup of coffee and desert.
