Fast service. Clean and easy establishment. I did not expect it to be as good as it was. I ordered pizza with pepperoni on it. It was nice and stretchy cheese with the perfect amount of sauce for only 5.99 (2 slices) my sister got the spaghetti and meatballs. If you like meatballs, I wouldn’t suggest theirs, but I do suggest their Italian sausage. The drink area was spotless and carbonation was good. The staff was friendly and swift with getting our order to our table. And time for the cherry on too!! they serve your items in glass bowls and plates, not cheap plastic!!

The service was incredible! That was one of the very best drive-thru experiences I've had in years. Clean location and friendly staff. The food was fast food Italian, so it's wasn't awesome, but it wasn't bad. The lunch special was a great price. If they could bring the food quality up to their customer service standard, you'd never be able to get in to eat here, because it would always be packed.

Wow! I was not expecting much but their food was fantastic!! It's hard finding good fast food when you are a vegetarian. I had also tried Fazoli's in other places and they were mediocre at best. This one is fantastic. The food was tasty and stayed hot on the ride home. They packed the salad separately so it would stay cold. We are adding this place to our favorite fast food list.

Decent food at a decent price but the music is so loud that conversation is difficult. Visiting with friends and family is a high priority for us and the music makes this challenging. Requests to turn down the volume were responded with, "We can't control it." Really?
UPDATE: first time back since our less than good experience recorded above. No problem with the music this time. The food was good. Everyone enjoyed it. I had their chicken salad and it was excellent. All in all a good experience.

I ordered the baked spaghetti, and was extremely greasy. Couldn't get over that. Meatballs not good. Spaghetti overdone. Sauce had a good flavor, though.
I'll try again someday and order something different.

I picked 5 glazed traditional wings and 5 garlic and Parmigian traditional wings. I was looking forward to some more delicious wings like I had a week ago. These were terrible. They filled the co trainer half fl of sauce and dumped the naked wings in. Didnt coat them and too much sauce when I coated them.

The location is very easy to access, good parking lot, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I ordered shrimp and when my plate was ready it was cold, but I told the staff to reheat my food and they give me a knew one and this time was very hot, which was great. They went above and beyond for the customer. The quality food is good for the price
