First time inside a Sonic, when i opened the door, i thought perhaps i was entering the kitchen !! Turns out there 5 tables you can sit at right inside the door. Jeannie the manager probably sensed i was a noob, asked me if everything was OK or is there was anything else i wanted, that was her first mistake, i collect refrigerator magnets, nope, free t-shirts? Nope :) good thing they have such friendly staff and great burgers, be back here soon :) going to bump them up a star because Jeanie was so nice :)

Very consistent experience. Food was good. Drinks were awesome! I enjoy the app because drinks are always half price and there are usually other deals on there as well, usually when there is something new on the menu that they would like you to try. I will keep going back

This has happened 3 times now at this location. I order on app and let them know I am there. They don't bring order and I have to call them to remind them. This last time the man on the speaker was talking about me before he clicked speaker off on his end. Shouldn't wait 15 minutes for 2 drinks ordered ahead of time.

They have pretty good food, I just wouldn’t recommend ordering ahead. They will clear your order on screen saying they brought it out, and forget about you. I get that it’s better for ticket times, I’d just rather know what’s going on and if y’all forgot me.

Shakes were completely melted when given to me and all of the mix-ins were on the bottom of the cup. Why not tell the customer that their ice cream isn't frozen and give them the option for a refund? Waste of money! Won't go back to this location.

Waited at the drive-through for more than 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me then I ordered a route 44 drink they gave me a large and they also gave me severely burnt and soggy onion rings.

I only ordered a cherry limeade and a small popcorn chicken, but I waited in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes. They were not busy, but service was so slow! Also the popcorn chicken was dry and hard. Will not go back!

Total and Epic failure! Me and wife went to get 2 drinks at around noon on a Saturday. Waited 5 miknutes after pushing button and no response so we ordered the drinks via the app. Guy answered and we told him we ordered via the app since no one would answer the button and he said ok giive us a minute. Waited 15 more minutes pushed the button again and was told we are working on it. Finally after 30 minutes we left because even though we paid for the order no one would bring it to us. Horrible and I will never ever go back to that location. Totally unaccpetable that you can not deliver 2 large drinks in a timely manner.
