One of the best cafés in West Wales. The coffee is excellent. I hope the quality doesn't go down like in many other high street cafés.
The only thing in this branch is the dirty seats, some are stained very badly.

Amazing service.
Lady with glasses was especially nice. We spilt our drink and she helped us clean it up and gave us a replacement dispite it being our fault. <3

I must admit, I haven't ever gotten more than a few hot drinks from Cafe Nero, but it's always been a lovely experience regardless. The decoration inside is slightly rustic and very spacious, with bathrooms and dog-friendly areas and …
Good coffee but the whole place needs a deep clean. Tables never cleared or wiped. The coffee machine is always in a state, not a good look from the tills. The store and staff need to take some more pride.

Top end of coffee shops. Friendliest of staff who always engage with a smile, and are jolly.
