Ruby Tuesday

The staff member I had was decent, she stayed up on my needs…. But the kitchen/food needs some serious improvement. I ordered a medium done Ribeye and I got an over cooked one, buried in garlic butter…. If they are trying to out do a Maverick’s style steak, then they need to kick Paula Dean out of the kitchen. The broccoli is what should have had the garlic butter… definitely not the best RT ive been to…. And for a small town they really should do better. Rip my ribeye. The mashed potatoes were good enough, just seemed not the freshest just due to the color…?

Hmm 🤔 I give the nice staff working here a 10 star ⭐ nice and exceptionally friendly. The steak dinner we all ordered, I thought was mediocre. Call me snobbish. Broccoli that came with it, mushy and buttery, not palatable. Steak salty, and came with some sort of buttery sauce on top, that I didn't notice in the picture. Not much taste in the meat, but for the reasonable price, you get what you pay for. No complaints there. Salad bar was okay, a bit messy. These days I know it's hard to get employees and difficult to keep them. Everyone wants to work for free, or not work. No pride. At least they were friendly.

Been wanting to eat at a Ruby Tuesday’s for a couple years. Finally got the chance. Dreams crushed! Ordered delicious bbq pulled pork (on left). Received barf on a plate (on right) It smelled sour and the waiter new I didn’t eat any of it (and don’t get me started on the disgusting bathroom and flies).The waiter was rude and scuffed at me for adding a drink order to my ticket! Adding! Not replacing or canceling! Worst experience ever. I’ve been a waitress on and off for 15 years and this was one of the worst dining experiences in my life. I wouldn’t eat there if they paid me!

Waiter messed up my order. He brought it to the table and took off immediately. The only time he came back to the table was when his manager was standing close by. When I mentioned something about the order being wrong, he immediately tried to take my plate. I told him I was fine as I did not want to wait another 30 minutes for food while the rest of my party was eating. Needless to say I didn't eat. What a nice way to mess up someones night.

The server should have been more attentive to all the guests at the table instead of one person. The server disappeared before we could say anything. My husband's first and second choices weren't available after ordering twice. The third choice was a settlement which ended up being wasted and picked at. I ordered a cheeseburger medium, it came out well done. We finally were able to say something about the quality ending in a refund of the salad bar add-on for me only. Very disappointed.
