First time to try Carribou. We ordered Chocolate Snowdrift and Hot Turtle Mocha. I am prepared to be disappointed but I am happy that I was delighted by their coffee. It was really nice and the lady on the cashier was helpful with the menu. So I would definitely go back! :)

Like their tag line, they truly brew the best of the best of the best 😁👍👍 love their latte 👍Tried spicy chicken wrap and falafel wrap today. Spicy chicken was not spicy at all, was disappointed with that👎🏻. Falafel wrap was good and we ended the meal with a Redvelvet cupcake, that was the best of all.

Very poor service! Visited around 2:30pm today and had a a bad experience ordering. 😑<br/><br/>1. Size was decided by the guy in the counter - by default all is large.<br/>2. Ordered less sweet - they gave me a drink that is even sweeter than the others. Not only that, i wanted mint condition mocha and they gave me dark chocolate flavor without mint. (Like whaat??) 😳<br/>3. I asked to change it, well they did. But you can feel their unwillingness to do it. As if I'm the one mistaken. 🙄 and still no mint bits.<br/>4. My colleague also received a wrong drink (which just proves their consistency)👎<br/>5. Atleast there's one thing good, their location.👍<br/>

Absolutely love this place.<br/>Cosy but also very spacious. Got the new pistachio flavored cold coffee, campfire mocha, salt butino, mint condition and the fudgy wudgy. Everything tasted super yummy and costed dhs 19 each after the Emirates platinum discount.<br/><br/>There is generally plenty of parking infront of this coffee shop. It is also extremely close and walkable from financial centre metro station.<br/>

If its coffee its caribou, hands down. However my experience with the staff has been repeatedly bad here at this outlet. Seems either they are overworked or just dont care to listen enough. I asked for “Northern Lite Mocha” with whip. It does not come with whip and I understand that. I mentioned it twice I will like it with whip yet the barista missed on it. When I mentioned about it, he said it does not come with whip. At which I had to explain to him yet again that I know about it but I do need it with whip. <br/>On my next visit they gave me a wrong size of coffee. <br/>At the other instance they did not make it extra hot even after I requested for it to be. <br/>The only reason I end up visiting this outlet is because they are open 24 hours wherein other outlets are not. Also I love caribou coffee’s aroma and taste so end up being here but it has been enough times that they have disappointed me. <br/>Seating is ample but parking can be real struggle during busy hours.

Apparently you are not allowed to sit down and do your work and order a coffee later. To the point where the paranoid franchise owner in a rude tone asks you to buy something in order to avail the services of a "cafe". Well done in bringing the European modern cafe experience. Let alone haggle your regular customers without remorse. No wonder the Tim Hortons next door does way more business despite having inferior products. It's called customer experience. Hope you learn from it!

Have been to this place a couple of times and love their ambience - it is good for meetings as well as casual catchup with friends.<br/><br/>Have tried their Cappacino, Americano and Mocha coffes and they all are good. The option of selecting your chocolate (milk or dark) is an added advantage.<br/><br/>Have also tried their blue berry scones, bluebbery muffins, and chocolate muffins -all very well prepared.<br/><br/>Service is quick and staff well trained.

Caribou has a very nice, comfortable and cozy seating indoors with couches, as well as chairs. The covered outdoors seating is an amazing place to enjoy the beautiful view all around while sipping some great coffee.<br/>Oh and, their strawberry yogurt and granola parfait is to die for!! 😍😍

The festive drinks so far from other known franchises have been a let down but Caribou manages to stay away from the rest of the lot.<br/><br/>They've managed to please both chocolate and coffee lovers by having these 2 main ingredients mixed with festive ingredients as well.<br/><br/>The white chocolate caramel mocha and dark chocolate raspberry mocha are really enjoyable. Not overly sweet and served hot make these drinks a treat during the festive season.<br/><br/>Do try them.

One of the coolest coffeeshop locations and it has the best view! Lovr the couches, the ambiance and the vibr at this place. Very peaceful to sit back, relax and have a nice blend of coffee with friends, family or yourself. I come to study here aswell as its quite peaceful. The coffee market is tough and saturated in my view and the different players are trying to do interesting and innovative things to attract the audience to their brands. <br/><br/>Caribou definitely has an interesting product range with some very good coffee and eatables, especially their breakfast range but I really like what they are doing from a space perspective.<br/><br/>They have designed this particular outlet in a very interesting manner, suiting all needs whether you are looking for a quiet catch-up or a meeting with business colleagues. In fact, they have some meeting rooms designed with TV’s fitted to run full on meetings, which I thought was a brilliant feature.<br/><br/>A great large space with lots of natural light and very soothing interiors and especially comfortable seating. The staff are service are pretty good but could be improved in my view as they were a bit cold.

Went here for a writing session for a new webseries I am producing. The place was packed and despite 2 rooms being empty, disappointingly to occupy those 2 rooms for an hour, we were expected to spend AED200/- / hour. Sad..!Waited and got a 4 seater sofa for the 6 of us. Since the place was packed, we could hear loud conversations from both of our sides which made it extremely hard to concentrate. Spacing and seating wise, Starbucks nearby is a much better option to work at, we realized. Easily my most favourite caribou in Dubai! I always prefer caribou over any coffee shop because their coffee is always really good and is there service and ambiance!<br/><br/>What makes this caribou better is the fact that's it's 24/7, so one can always head here to catch up with late night work or even catch up with friends. This is also one of the bigger caribous and has ample space of their traditional comfortable seating. The best thing about this place is that its now open 24 hours they have seating upstairs and downstairs and also outdoor terrace like place. They have a variety of drinks both hot and cold. This american franchise have always been a favorite because the decor is cozy and service is welcoming and quick. My favorite drink is the tiramisu its a seasonal drink served cold and tortina chocolate. Parking is available and wifi is also available.

This was my first time visiting this branch of Caribou and to my surprise its huge and has 2 levels of seating with outdoor seating as well.<br/><br/>As it was windy we preferred to sit inside on its cozy leather sofas but it took us sometime to find a table to us as it was crowded.<br/><br/>We ordered for Cappucino (hot) & fudgy wudgy chocolate snowdrift (cold)...<br/><br/>The fudgy wudgy chocolate snowdrift is a must try.. I wasn`t pretty sure about it when my friend ordered it as i am more of a Hot Coffee person but to my surprise it was amazing..

Horrible coffee and average ambience. Asked for soy milk instead of regular milk and they told me that they only use only premix to make their drinks. Basically had only one option then to have customized regular cold coffee which tasted like watered down cardboard.

This is a huge Caribou coffee. The ground floor and first fools seatings have a great view of the Sheikh Zayad Road. Ample of comfortable leather sofa seating and private meeting rooms. There is a number of outdoor seating available too.<br/>The place is fairly clean, though they can do a better job of it. <br/>A great place to meet up with friends and colleagues or for business meetings if you are in that area. Not to forget the great coffee that Caribou serves.

Lovely seating arrangement, with the choice of either sitting outside or inside. The outside is nice for the cooler weather now, but I prefer to sit inside on the comfy leather couches. The Inside has an upstairs seating too and a nice view of sheikh Zayed road. <br/><br/>Coffee here is " just okay." I usually order an americano, as they don't offer flat white😕. <br/>Their coffee isn't as strong as the others I usually have from Costa or Starbucks. I think they mostly specialise in sweet sugary coffee beverages. ..not my preference to be honest. <br/><br/>However, their baked goods selection are quite appealing. It's better then Costa food selection as I find the sandwiches less salty and healthier with their brown bread options too. Great selection of salads (they even have quinoa salad), muffins and cheesecakes for those with a sweet tooth. Pricing is market price of 25 to 26 aed for sandwiches and salads. Muffins and crossaint about 12-14 aed. <br/><br/>I come here to relax as it's also great to catch up with work, read a book or just destress and unwind. Note: sometimes it does get extremely noisy with people talking extremely loud where you can hear their life story...😯

I don't really eat out much but when I visited this cafe my stomach screamed 'Yumm!' Sipping my Latte with a Oreo Cheesecake, which was heavenly to say the least, was the perfect way to spend a rare rainy afternoon in Dubai! Tried this place on couple of times, Tried their campfire mocha .. the caramel high rise, hot choco and so on .. their cheesecakes are really good and portions are good too. I tend to prefer caribou to starbucks, I prefer their hot and cold beverages selections, specially the lil funky touch, marshallows in your mocha etc Their apple cheesecake is really good too. <br/>Really enjoy this branch in particular, its always clean, the seating is comfy. wifi works without fail. <br/>Hats off to the service, I always see the same guys/girls working and they are always smiling always polite and efficient, no waiting at all. I have witnessed a couple of very rude customers and very difficult ones, and they always kept their cool, Excellent !

I slightly prefer this caribou outlet to the adjoining competing coffee franchises (starbucks, tim hortons). Bakery items are on par but the food is slightly better. Had simit with kashkaval the other day which was wonderful and well above standard cafe fare. Would also recommend the mango/kaffir smoothie.

I always end up here if I am on szr mainly for the beautiful view of road with the gliterring lights and iconic buildings . I am an ardent fan of their blended mint chocolate, they make it so well! Whats better is that they sell the cheesecakes from cheesecake factory, so if you're having a "being fat day out" this is the place to be. One of my favourite coffee shops in Dubai. I love their campfire mocha and the high rise caramel. If you are a fan of some caramel or mocha in your coffee, these two coffees are a must try. Even their chocolate fudge brownies are delicious. But they aren't always available<br/><br/>#zomatoramadan

I ordered the Turtle Mocha - real chocolate melted into steamed milk with espresso and caramel. Topped with whipped cream, caramel sauce and snickers. Was very sweet but good. Cost 18 dhs

Went for a informal meeting and was worth a place - No disturbance , Very Casual, free style seating inside and outside. In fact they have a First Floor seating also available. Not very Expensive. The Cookies are Delicious... <br/><br/>Can spend hours there without any hesitation for all ur friends and informal meetings. Smoking is allowed only outside.

One of my favorite coffee and croissant in one of the favorite location. Ordered a turtle mocha(cold) and a almond croissant .Perfectly blended coffee for the taste buds and croissant is soft and yummy. Must try in Caribou coffee . <br/>Love this place. <br/>Service - not very quick<br/>Ambience - good<br/>Cost - average <br/>Lovers of cold coffee must try this place!

Catching up with my girlfriends, decided to have some coffee and frappe at caribou! It's my first time to be here and a good friend of mine recommends these! So love the ambiance, I felt comfortable here! Its nice to have some long talks over a cup of coffee/frappe!
