Awesome food we had to try this since it was recommended by someone who loves food as much as we doo. So the first choice was true north and the second was byob which means you build your own burger. So it’s like subway but much more wow the fries are freshly cut and fried. Awesome service. True north gives you the org. Taste of the meat. Meanwhile byob knocks your socks off. 😁Outdoor and indoor seating located in the DMC. Emirates Nbd building food court. Sorry no pics as was so wowed by the burgers and only realized after half was done. Lol.

Im not sure if this place is only good if you dine in, but the delivery food was just bad. The patty had atleast 5 cartilage bits that i had to spit out. The fries couldn't be oilier or sadder, no crisp att all, looked like noodles. And th meat just didn't smell right. Didnt finish the meal. I ordered the mushroom burger with fries.

Went today and got 30 meals for all our office staff. Everyone loved it, everything tasted great - especially when it is organic. Everyone loved it in the office - the fries were well fried and fresh. The staff was very friendly and i loved the environment of the area. The best part is they have outside seating and guess what? - Winter is coming !!

I love my burgers, I am very selective, I only eat organic burgers, after having been to South Street Burger, which was recommended to me considering my fussiness, I must say that the burger which I built with my own selection of ingredients was delicious, the meat tasted like meat should, you can easily taste the difference when its organic, since my first visit, I have been there 3 times already, I had a chicken burger also which tasted healthy and fresh, compared to the frozen chicken everywhere, the potatoes/fries were crisp, I would recommend this place to burger connoisseurs, I assure you that will be amazed and you will love it.

This is my favorite lunch place- after eating burgers and French fries from here, I’m able to distinguish the low quality fast food we get in other places. The chicken and meat used in food here is genuinely fresh and doesn’t feel processed (though maybe it is). I would recommend their grilled chicken burger and grilled hotdogs with fillings of spicy mayo or garlic mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and salsa. Their French fries too taste different from the frozen fries in other places; I would love to see if it can be done using air fryer instead of oil frying. Nevertheless, place is always recommended for great lunch hangout. You can sit outside during the good weather days and few tables available inside as well to keep you cool and relaxed.

I was just delivered a chicken burger (part of the chicken combo). Honestly, the meat didn’t smell right. It smelt stale and burnt. I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to smell. The fries were great but there’s something very off about the burger. I hate wasting food but I was forced to toss this out. :(

For me hygiene is very important...<br/><br/>Gloves are usually used so that the food doesn't get contaminated. The employees are wearing the same gloves all day at the same time hugging the delivery driver, touching themselves and their clothes, rubbing their hands all over the counter then touching the food.<br/><br/>I couldn't finish my burger after I saw all that, the fries were soggy and the Ice Tea Peach tasted like water+Sugar.

A very unique concept, choose your bread, choose your meat, choose your ingredients that includes up to 10 fresh ingredients, few sauces and few garnishes. The cost is just slightly higher then Mc Donald's, I think the quality of food and cost is very competitive.

Delivery was swift. The burger was average and very dry. I didn't get any ketchup or anything like that. The add on I had asked for was nacho however it seems like I was given poutine which was terrible. Overall a bad experience for the money I paid.

With so many condiments to choose from, you can really create a different and awesome burger adventure everytime you head there. The staff is awesome, patient and dedicated, making SSB one of my personal favorites. Always Go North! Wish they had onion rings though.

It is a pretty decent gourmet burger joint in Media City. Due to the proximity of this joint near my office, I do come here to satisfy my sudden burger cravings. <br/>Their operation works similar to Subway. The toppings are added as per your instructions. I usually go with their classic burger and try out various combo of fillings. <br/>The service is fast and the fries are like steak fries, well cooked meat. It is a good choice of restaurant if you are around DMC area. <br/>Need to try out their Nacho burger the next time. The name invites curiosity.

Being vegetarian I ordered for the veg burger and fries that was delivered before time keepin the food pretty fresh and warm. The burger was good with well stuffed veg patty and grilled vegetables. Boy, do I have a great burger place for you all.. I'm surprised that this place was so near my office and I didn't even give it a second look till my colleague took me there. They have this amazing concept where you order the basic beef burger or grilled chicken burger and then put sauces and toppings on Subway style. Result a burger with the exact kind of sauces and as much veggies u like and boy, do they have a huge variety of both. <br/>The old sad part is that this place I think closes by 5pm.

So I was over here for lunch last thursday. Went for the Nacho Burger with NYF fries. This burger had a Mexican touch to it. Salsa and salad on top of a juicy beef patty. The burger was soo good. It consisted of well buttered buns and the patty was too good. Like I can't even explain how good it was. It also had the fries from NYF and ofcourse, that was a huge bonus. Overall, it was a brilliant lunch.

I visited this place because it is just below my office for lunch. I am always willing to try burgers from other places and, after visiting this place, I would prefer giving it a miss. The only reason to bring me here would in times when I have no other option to eat in that area, which is not the case. For the interiors and ambiance, I would give it full score but the real test of any restaurant is from its dishes it serves and, if I compare it with the other burger joints selling at the same price, this one falls below expectations. Dine here only when you do not care about the taste.

This is possibly the worst burger I have ever had in Dubai. <br/><br/>Here is what we ordered:<br/><br/>Mushroom and Swiss Burger - the mushrooms were extremely sour and tasted almost expired. The burger itself was very very dry and almost burnt<br/><br/>Poutine- This is not real Canadian Poutine... this is so bad that you cannot eat it. The fries tasted so soggy like they have been fried the night before.<br/><br/>Cheese and Bacon Burger- My husband said this was OK<br/><br/>Grilled Hot Dog= whatever they are serving in this bun is not meat.. I am not sure what it is but it tasted rotten and sour... <br/><br/>Will never order from here again!

I tried their Hawaiian Burger which is absolutely terrible. The meat was overcooked and falling apart; chewy and a bit burnt. The equation was totally off. The 'wasabi mayo' was almost non-existent, the burger bun was quite stale tasting as well. Absolutely terrible, I've had 10x times more joy eating a big mac. The fries are delicious, classic NYF. The staff is great, but avoid the place at lunch time because the service tends to get slower. Never again.

Loved the fries that were served with it. <br/>The True North burger was much better than my selection. <br/><br/>All in all it was a fun expereicne and I'd love to come back here to try the other items on the menu. <br/><br/>3.5/5 for me. Not so great but not so bad either.

I love this place! The patties were very juicy and the combination of the sauce was amazing. The poutine fries were great but the more we ate it the more we realize how unhealthy it was😂 But anyways, the burgers reminded me of salt burgers. The buns are soft and the patties are juicy with the lettuce and tomato freshly cut. <br/><br/>The filipino staff who were serving us were very friendly and helpful to decide which burgers to try. Definitely recommended👍🏻

The reason I'm giving a rating of 2.5 is the lack of consistency. The first time I went, the burger was delicious. I got the nacho burger with guacamole and fries. It was juicy and cooked to my liking. However, the second time I went, although I got the exact same burger, the taste was not up to the standard of the first. The meat was chewy, over cooked, and the fries were very oily.<br/><br/>Not quite sure if I'll be going again any time soon.

A one stop joint that brings happiness through Burger. This place is like the subway of Burger for me. I can see the meat, the condiments, the cheese, the marinade, everything that goes into the burger in front of my eyes. End product is a scrumptious burger. I love the one in which they put the avocado dressing. Also, they claim to put the Grass-fed Angus beef. no matter what, the beef tastes really better than any other joint. Of course, they listen to your choice - whether you prefer it well-done or medium. I love their Onion rings as well.

My first experience with STB was in Toronto (Canada) and I thought I'd give it another shot in Dubai but boy was I disappointed!! Overpriced! The meat tasted funny here too, just like in Toronto. There are many other burger joints in Dubai which are significantly better this. Verdict: Stay away!

The burger itself was a classic combination so I could taste it - I just ordered lettuce, tomoatoe, ketchup, mustard and a pickle. You can get all kinds of wacky stuff on your burger. But I am a purist. <br/><br/>It came with Kimball ketchup - instead of actual ketchup. HOW MUCH MONEY ARE YOU SAVING BY GIVING THIS SHIT OUT WITH YOUR FOOD? Sorry, it had to be said. <br/><br/>THe burger is really nice. Tastes like HARVEYs if there are any Canadians out there. Fries were hot and cripsy. <br/><br/>Ill eat here again for sure.

This place is only a couple of blocks away from my place of work so I grabbed a couple of vouchers as soon as I saw a deal on Cobone. <br/>I ordered a Cheese Burger Combo. I was given the option to choose from White bread and Brown bread, I chose White. Then you have the option of choosing from a long list of veggies, cheese and sauces to add to the burger like Subway but many more. <br/>Together with the burger I got large fries and a large glass of Mirinda. The taste of the burger was quite good and I really enjoyed it. The fries are the same as you would get from NYF, they are a sister company of NYF. <br/>Overall it was a good experience but the price is quite high.
