This place is located very close by to where I live and I have visited this beach quite a few times . I have also placed home delivery orders with them . It’s quite a spacious place . And they have a variety of food served apart from chaat. They also have counter full of Indian sweets and Indian savory nibbles . My dad and I visited this beach for a quick bite . We got the pani puri, sev puri and pav bhaaji. I didn’t like the pani puri as much , the rest tasted fairly good .

This is pocket friendly restaurant. They have wide variety of sweets both with sugar and sugar free. Their samosa and kachoris are very tasty. Their combos are very good, cheap and tasty. You can order kids meal for parties which is very cheap and tasty, kids will surely love it. Their khoa is also good,you can buy if you are interested in making sweets at home. Staff is very friendly and service is excellent.

The place has authentic Farsan, vada Pav, Dabeli and bakery items of Bombay(Mumbai). U get memoirs of old Bombay-Mohammad Ali Road.. Bakery was fresh-tried 🥥 Coconut cookies. They have very reasonable pricex combo meals too. Simple sitting and separate cubicles for family. Tried Chola Bhatura, vada Pav and Rasmalai. All were good to taste. Chana in Chola bhatura were medium spiced, quantity is less tbough with 2 big bhaturas. Good : Authentic bakery, pricing Improve : Options of Chana, vada pav not spicy.

Well well well...... I walked in hoping to feast on some delish meals. BUT what happened? The staff was beautiful warm .... they wrote down my order and proceeded. Food was served in no time..... and we start eating. We ordered the Pav bhaji which barely had any vegetables, seemed like it was cooked with some instant spices and marinated stuff but def. dint feel like PAV BHAJI at all..... gross gross gross The samosa stuffing wasn’t any great either ..... just a lot spicier ..... And further I don’t want to waste anymore words on my experience there. Cause even the place seemed so GLUM. A huge NO NO to my dear reader. Don’t step a foot there, don’t even look there ! This is the to go place if u r a chat, snack or a farsan lover like me... the samosas, pani puri and veg puffs are really good and fast moving. the chat items are worth trying and on top of all the best part is the pricing which is just right... You can visit here everyday and enjoy good food without burning a hole in ur pocket.. I didn't like the Pav Bhaji here as it was quite oily and not as flavorful as I expected.. my advice is to try the chats, samosa, panipuri, sweets and South Indian items... they keep me coming back for more and more..

If you are a fan of mumbai style roadside food. This is the place to be in Al Nahda area. It serves you everything from pavbhaji to ragda pattice. To be honest if you are a true Mumbaikar you know u wont find wat u get in Mumbai. But it is a little close to wat u get in mumbai. Especially in Al Nahda wer every next shop is a Malbari cafeteria, this definitely is sumthing different. Had a ragta pattice a dabeli a gola and a falooda. Rge two dishes were kinda ok not great. The falooda no wer close to a mumbai one. The gola was fine as i got my kachi kairi flavour after a long time. Over reasonable place.. Ok i had a chum chum.. Wont recommend sweets... Rest of the food is ok to try once a week. For a change..

Like the fact that the place is pretty clean and hygienic , my favorites are their pain puri , crispy bread pakoras , paneer Chole bhature . Whenever I feel like having pani puri, I rush to this place . I love the pani puris served with sauces which has a slight tangy taste . Tea/Chai- good . Samosas - Yum Idili with chutney and Sambhar- Husband ordered and he said nothing to complain I have tried their sweets earlier and it's great especially the freshly cooked jalebis with saffron garnished. Pricing is reasonable as well .

We stopped by Bombay bakery for a quick snack session as my friend kept telling me about how good their pani puri is. The pani puri wasn't bad and was pretty fulfilling. One thing that I like about it is that it didn't crumble when I poured chutney into it. We were still hungry so we tried out the Samosa chaat. It was tasty and spicy, however, it only contained one samosa and way too many matar (peas). Finally, we also tried out the Pav Bhaji. The pav was soft, crusty and buttery. The bhaji wasn't spicy and it tasted better when we poured onion pieces into it. The place isn't bad especially if you in a budget.

Went to this place as my friend was giving a treat .. We had to wait for 10 minutes as we were early but the food was worth the wait . We ordered Bhel puri , paani puri , jodhpuri chaat , Delhi Chaat , mixed chaat , dahi puri , sev puri , papdi chaat and rasmalai. All this came up to 68 aed which fed 8 ppl.. so the price was reasonable . Most of the chaat we ordered tasted good. The jodhpuri chaat had too much of channa which wasn't liked by me and few other friends. The chutneys didn't taste fresh.. the service was quick and it was a day spent worthwhile.

I've seen this place for ages but I never seemed to go try it out. I did see it being mentioned in the Frying pan adventures video and decided to finally try it out. Friendly staff especially the guy at the counter was really helpful. Ordered for the Bhel puri and Jalebis. One thing I can say about these guys is that they're not stingy when it comes to quality. The bhel puri had more crunch to it due to the addition of mixture. The Jalebis are of really good quality and they aren't even that expensive and it's generously topped with Saffron. Great way to satisfy those cravings without compromising for taste. Need to try more of their chaat items.

Both items were very good in taste. I plan to order dosa and chaat next time. There are some other items as well like ragda, dabeli, cholay bhatoray etc. which are unfamiliar to me since I am from Pakistan. Would love to try these items as well once I get a better idea about them.

We went here to try their chaat.The place is not crowded and its airy.Waiters are very attentive..We ordered Ragda chat(for which i went !) and Paav Bhaaji.Both turned out to be very tasty.Although the ragda was not the one i was searching for(the bangalore kind).Later we had mango shrikand to cool down our tummies and it was yumm.Will be back for more ! The only thing i felt bad was that one of the fish in the aquarium was dead and floating.It was bit awkward eating food next to its dead staring eyes..poor thing..Also please feed the fishes..they were digging up food that might have been burried in the sand. let us both be happy :)

This is a great place for snack items, juices, sweets etc. Very friendly customer service, they place importance on you liking the food (one time for instance I ordered a juice that didn't turn out to be what I expected - they didn't even charge for it). I am a fan of their Pani Puris and Dahi Puri. I also love their sandwiches, dhoklas, jalebis, ladoos, shrikhand, and soda lime juice. Over all a great place to visit if you want simple Indian snacks and a nice quite place to sit and enjoy them.

Good shop for all indian sweets and savouries and chaats. The best thing about them is that they deliver sweets to ur home which I find is very convenient. Fresh paneer (cottage cheese) and khoya (dried milk) is readily available.

Bombay ( read Mumbai of the erstwhile) was famous for the Bakeries/ Cafes owned by Bohris & Parsis. They would serve up great breakfast dishes while being a place to collect some dry snacks as well as sweets. This is somewhat identical to those bakeries with our Bohri friends adoring the service counter. Ambiance: Akin to a Sweets/ Chat place, it has the sweets displayed with the various farsans behind. Service: Good & prompt. Food: Ragda Pattice: The Pattice/ Tikki was good with a thin crust & potatoey filling inside. Its the Ragda ( white peas) that is slightly undercooked & gives a bite everytime u take a spoonful. Dabeli: A good Dabeli has a soft pav, a sweetish smooth potato filling with peanuts & pomegranate seeds added in it for various texture & taste combos. This one had the Pav grilled and hence slightly hard, the peanuts were with skin and not crunchy enough & jad applied a sweet chutney inside that tasted stale & weird. Total miss for me! Mava Puff: This is a mammoth puff with a mava ( cream/khoya) filling and the pastry is coated in sugar syrup. Loaded with calories & I couldnt finish even half of it as the outer pastry had become very greasy. Cake Rusk: This is the item that deserves a mention. Light,Crispy & with cake like flavoring, wonderful accompaniment to your evening tea. Pricing: Pocket friendly Final Verdict: The snacks arent upto the mark. I might return for the Rusk & to try the Jeera Butter.

Its a good place to have mumbai type snacks. They also have a great array of sweets n farsan. The place is clean and service is quick. The staff are decent and cooperative. And it has value for money.

If you are thinking of having indian street food in dubai then ypu can think about visiting Mumbai sweet. Accompanied by cousins this place did not disappointed at all. Ambience is ok but not too good. Ordered pao bhaji, chole bhature, samosa, masala dosa, gulab jamum, pani puri and rasmalai. Overall food quality was pretty good but samosa and chole were disappointin (not fully cooked). The good part is the waiting time was minimal. Now here goes the funny part we had an emotional breakdown when we noticed that the bill came around at 76 aed and the cashier was a bohri but he still gave us a 1 aed discount. You know the saying bohri jaan dedega par maal na dega. xD

For Mumbai type snacks you get everything here.. I am big fan of snacks like Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav and Misal Pav . These dishes are okay, you really don't get the feel or taste of mumbai. Pani puri, Dahi puri are good. Had tried some of the sweets but only Jelabi i found to be very tasty. This is one of my favorite pick up point for Jalebi. South Indian snacks like dosa and other are available but better to avoid these. Price is reasonable and service is good. Ambiance - Good Quality - Good Quantity - Good Value for Money - Good Tip - Jelabi is the best. Forgot about South Indian snacks

One of my favorite dish from bombay sweet is chole bhature. So fresh and so delicious at a very good price , good quantity . This place is a must visit. Bombay sweets..... feels like you are in Mumbai and purchasing sweets. Although we do not able to go to Mumbai to celebrate Ganesh Festival but in Dubai we are getting that celebration experience . We purchased Besan Laddo , Namak Para and special Kesar Kaju Modak for Genesh Festival yesterday on 21.08.20 Mr Mustafa given us fabulous treatment as we tasted all sweets before taking and specially MODAK were very fresh( just coming out of kitchen). Mr Mustafa was very humble, polite ,energetic and attentive as well. Prices were very reasonable and packing was excellent. Seen lot of rush in the shop at yesterday evening even at 10.30 pm for purchasing MODAK We are very happy as we feels in Mumbai on Ganesh Festival. We really will give them 100/100 Five 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
