Tried out Charcoal chicken special,Chicken wings spicy and Dragon chicken..And some snacks like cutlet,Pazampori and stuffs..The charcoal was just ok..Chicken wings would have been good but they added a lot of Hot sauce which kinda spoiled the taste..Dragon chicken was also just ok..Not great Actly..Chicken cutlet was soooo saltyyy..So yeah won’t recommend much..But the staff was pretty cooperative though..

Worst Customer service experience ever, this restaurant is 12 mins away from my location and for me to get food delivered there is a minimum charge of 100 AED which doesnt make any sense, i mean they can charge me a delivery fee and i would be happy to pay it but if am ordering for AED 40 already and you still cant deliver because your minimum is 100 this is ridiculous

Need to be extra careful when u have food here. U might be surprised by uninvited guest. A cockroach decided to join for dinner, came along with parata. The staffs were neglecting the fact that tehre was a cockroach on our table. No manager on call. Had to pay for food laced with cockroach. Never going back again. Better be safe than sorry. U have been warned.

They sent red charcoal chicken and when we called to inform we didn't receive the green chilly version they sent the spicy red charcoal chicken. I have had food from this restaurant regularly. The problem with this restaurant is that they are very inconsistent. There are times the food (especially Biryani) have been among the best in Silicon Oasis and at times not at all tasty. Today we just dined at the restaurant and the food was very bad. Four starters we took, dragon Chicken, Gobi Manchuria, crispy chicken and konji chicken all were bad. When we said the same to the person at cashier the response was, 'what is bad?. Very uninterested response. I hope someone responsible reads and takes action. Would be sad to let go this restaurant Biryani for good

This is not the first time it has happened and not just to me but also to 5 of my friends..every time a order is placed by credit / debit card the food invariably arrives 20 to 25 mins after the estimated time , where as when placed using cash as a payment option the food arrives on time.. when the restaurant was called they come up with a lame excuse that they have been calling and that no one is answering the call.. zomato has been incompetent in resolving this issue and when asked for a call they promised to call me in 5 mins sadly their watch is stuck in time and I haven’t received the promised call..<br/><br/>Further more the seriousness of the issue lies here where we discovered not a strand but a couple of them in the soup we ordered .. to this I have a photo which I would be taking up with the health authority since zomato does not have the inclination to address

I always get food delivered from this place. Veggie Burger and the Weight Loss (drink) are my favorites and more often than not I get them. Though the premises and interiors are good, the service is pathetic. The food we ordered is kerala style manga meen curry(king fish) and it was literally disaster! Natholi fry we had was the worst I had in my life. Sorry to say this. Highly disappointed with the food and service. They offers free wifi, thats the only pros I noticed!

It's a very nice restaurant. The staff are welcoming and coordinated. The arrangement is cool and they have a good range of menu.
Their service is seamless and their meals are really worthy of some hype. The cost of their meals is not so expensive but you really will enjoy every penny spent. Tried their chicken fried rice and it was good but their shawarma is on the average and more veggie which is not bad. They've got fresh juice. They have also got an easy way to making orders and requesting for their service from your tables.
The convenience is not bad.

The person who was attending the calls for home delivery on 25 june 2022 during evening time was really unprofessional and worst behaviour. When we called him first time he said the particular item is not available. But when we called him second time he said the item is available. Also while talking to him regarding the payment method he kept the phone there and deviated into some other work. I kept waiting in the line for him. But no use. Really this guy doesn't know how to deal with customers. Even If the order amount is big or small it would be appreciable if you could behave nice to the customer of any kind

Restaurant just next to our house, has become our quick coffee hangout. We love their SHAWARMA, as they are really light and taste good as well! Staff are attentive to our needs. If you are around this place can deliver you good food, costing you less!
