I think to start with, it’s important for customers to know this place transforms traditional heavy pizzas to a cleaner take on the same. My personal experience is they’ve consistently delivered on time with quality meats and freshest ingredients. I love their pizzas on my cheat days, and their Ceasar salad is a fresh burst of flavor. Ordered yesterday from them , card machine did not work and the dilivery guy said he will be back but no one did to collect the money , called them this morning to settle the amount they said they will sent someone shortly , spent two hours waiting and no one showed up. The 1 is for how long it took them them to deliver the food. I chose them because they had the shortest delivery time (30 mins) and they were 45 mins late, which means it took them 1 hour 15 mins instead. That's unacceptable to me, especially that it shows on the zomato app when a restaurant is busy or not accepting orders, and that wasn't the case for them.<br/>But also, their food quality is getting worse and worse every time. It was cold. I made my own pizza with sun dried tomato, one with mozzarella and the other with feta. The feta one came out ok, while the mozzarella one was not edible. This was the last chance I give to nkd.

Nkd pizza ordering and delivery service is fantastic. I placed my order through the call centre. The lady ( sorry forgot her name) was very customer friendly and patience. I was extremely happy to be informed by her that they accepted entertainer vouchers for deliveries also.<br/>She patiently took me through my order process of entering the voucher codes on phone and confirming my order. They also have option of paying via cards for delivieries which is very handy.<br/>The delivery was super quick and the delivery guy was very efficient . Easily located my office whereas other deliveries drive me crazy .<br/>Coming to the food. Since it was an office lunch order we had veg and non veg. Order was tandoori chicken, smokehouse, greenhouse , superbiotic pizzas and potato wedges. The pizza base was soft and good. The toppings were generous and fresh. But even after putting all this together the taste was lacking. They were too bland . The potato wedges were also just ok.<br/>Not very satisfied with the food but the service is outstanding!<br/>

During my free time I always look at the ZOMATO APP and read some reviews. Then I checked NKD and I craved for some potato wedges, good thing, they have and I ordered it immediately. It is freshly cooked, and crispy. For only 15 AED it is affordable, and scrumptious. You should try their ASADO BEEF PIZZA. So yum-yum.

The worst pizza experience ever. I’ve ordered home delivery and mentioned that I want a proper cook and crust on the pizza and what I received was really bad. If I’d take a piece of chapatti, spread some ketchup on it and sprinkle cheese it would’ve been a better pizza than what I got. The sausages were burnt, meatballs tasted like rubber, the dough was mushy and the pizza had too much sauce on it, the the dough was had a strange medicine-like kinda taste. You seriously need to reconsider your recipes and maybe get rid of your chef.

Disappointing service. I ordered mine on their website and not on Zomato. But I felt obligated to share my thoughts about the eatery on an outlet with more public reach. I placed the order at 8pm and had to wait until 9.45pm to receive the order to my place in JLT. I called them once to remind about the order however they said they’d call the delivery guy and get back to me. They didn’t. The second time I called is when they learned I had placed the order! One and a half hours later! <br/><br/>The pizza was quite bland. The dough was dry and mozzarella was flaking off of the pizza. I have never been this disappointed with another eatery like this. I’d never recommend your food to anyone.

I order gluten free, but each order when I pick a pizza from the gluten free pizzas they call back to after the order to inform that at least one ingredient is not gluten free and if you are intolerant then you need to remove it.<br/>The question is, if I wasn’t intolerant or didn’t need gluten free what would make me pay a lot more just to get it gluten free. Importantly , is simply just don’t put in the gluten free menu items that are not gluten free, it is not that hard! It is frustrating to spend time just picking an option then after order you change the set expectations.<br/>To add to the miserable experience, order cake in 23 minutes later than the 45mins they have set.<br/>Called the restaurant after 10mins. Just to check on the order as I had guests. They said they will call the driver and call back. <br/>Well they never did actually call back ! Driver came 13 minutes later driver came.<br/>Sorry but this is a total disappointment
