I normally don’t like to write review but this restaurant operates with call center ordering and if you order with Zomato and having multiple addresses expect food going to wrong address and after getting call from restaurant driver food would get deliver to you in cold condition. <br/><br/>Restaurant is hardly 2Km from my place and delivery went to address which was in there system without checking Zomato address 5-7km away then came back. <br/><br/>Finally I got cold grill food!!!!!!! <br/><br/>I raised same to Zomato and I hope oldest chain like Automatic would improvise system in future <br/><br/>

Automatic is a family friendly restaurant with a bunch of branches all around Dubai. We tried the JBR branch this time because of its new location it’s more accessible now. And this branch has a fresh seafood bar. <br/><br/>My personal favorites here are the shawermas, their meat shawarmas are awesome. Today as featured we tried multiple items, including the mezze platter, chicken cream soup which was delicious, some Greek salad, while we waiting for our mixed grill platter we tried in both meat & seafood. <br/>My personal preference is the meat, the kebabs were perfect. <br/><br/>Ended the meal with kunafe with cheese, & Turkish coffee. <br/>Can’t wait to be back !

Dinner 🍴 at Automatic, The walk JBR; which serves labanese cuisine, was a great experience - especially with its outdoor seating in this lovely weather!<br/>We started with fresh salad 🥗 for Dhs 25/- which was exceptionally fresh n crispy. This was followed by lentil soup 🥣 for Dhs 10/- - warm n soothing option in windy n cool evening! <br/>Cheese rolls for Dhs 19/- were crispy goodness of cheese and Hommous for Dhs 19/- along with fresh n warm naans were delicious😋 !Falafel 🥙 sandwich 🥪 for Dhs 12/- was a meal into self - quite filling.<br/>Hammour fillet grilled for Dhs 65/- was a healthy option, but could have been more flavorful.

Was a fan of their Khaleej centre outlet. This one was also great. Loved the shawarmas, especially the pickles. Something new i tried was the open shawarma, the one without the bread. Drool worthy. Do ask for extra helping of tahina or hummus if you want. <br/>Their mezze platters are also amazing. Would have loved to try the kebabs also, but we were quite stuffed.

Lets just say it took 2 hours till they realized they had to cook the food and had a delivery that was scheduled 2 hours earlier. 1st follow up call the food was supposedly on the way. 2nd call 40 minutes after the first they say its in the kitchen now. Total JOKE <br/>

Wow...the irony! This place is for love and not hate??!! Really? How can you request such positivity and genuine desire for great feedback when you dont deliver on timing, compassion and service??? I placed an order at approx. 8:30 and was told the delivery would arrive around an hour later. I had no problem with that, and followed the app to ensure that I was in the lobby waiting for the delivery. I called the restaurant twice when the food did not arrive as expected. The first time I called at 9:36, I was told that the driver would arrive in about 15 minutes, which was beyond the initial arrival time. I waited in the lobby until I finally realized it was now 25 minutes beyond that time. Once again I called at 9:54 to re-confirm the delivery time, and was abruptly told that it was on the way. At 11:10 I received a call from the front desk stating that my food was here. No way!! Not acceptable!! KEEP YOUR WORD, AND PRACTICE LOVE AND POSITIVITY THROUGH YOUR INTEGRITY!!! It would have been fine if you would have been honest about being backed up, or running behind. But, you ensured me a certain time frame and didn't follow through!! Would you like it if someone did that to you? Would you like it if you were expecting a service and you waited around for it, and you received nothing in return?? You get what you give...

Terrible delivery time. I ordered at 6:28pm and not delivered yet at 8:49pm. I received a call from the restaurant at 8:02pm to tell me the delivery is almost here and no follow ups when I was specifically told that the gentleman will call me back in 2 mins after consulting with the delivery person. Super service, I got a call immediately I placed order via zomato from the restaurant to confirm my location and the staff was courteous enough to listen to what I was saying. The food also came much ahead than the time mentioned and the food quality was also awesome. The food ordered was dual meal (2 nos) with chicken and meat shawarma,lentil soup and dessert mouhallabiya ( via zomato treats). The food was fresh and tasty. Worth trying again n again.

So ...after reading few reviews and loving the arabic food ,decide to give it a try .We order the plate shaorma for sharing (as you can see in the picture is BIG ) it was supposed to be beef and chicken(waitress try to convince me, that was beef )but the taste was sooo Lamb !<br/>Not a fun of it ...overall was ok ,food was kind of cold although there was a serving dish with charcoal under,side dishes were good ,fries not freshly made ,service ...mneah ,not her best day probably .<br/>Will i come again ?....not sure .Maybe will give it a try for the hole boneless chicken and chicken liver .<br/>Guys please improve the service and quality of food !<br/>

The worst experience I've had in 20 years of my life in dubai. After ordering food at 7 50pm we waited for 30 minutes to have the hummus in our table. And then until the next 20 minutes there was nothing. We kept hinting for the food and they said just a few minutes. Later that hour we had a server come to us and asks.... "sir what did you order" we were furious, dumb struck and laughing thinking it was a joke. But no it wasn't. We told him our order he sweared it was ready and disappeared or another 15 minutes. We walked off and no body notices. Just when we were leaving another table got furious for not having their order.<br/>After 5 minute see came back to pay for the hummus qe had when they started apologizing and requested us to sit back for the food. They also offered us lemon mint.<br/>Sigh. Though the food was good. But wouldn't forget the experience we had here.... :(

You guys have always been my favourite! You guys are awesome with your delivery - always before time! For the last 2 years ! Today I had an issue with the quality of the shawarma and I mentioned it to zomato.<br/>The rep immediately informed the restaurant and they called me. Inspite of my repeated confirmation that a replacement was not needed, the gentleman on the other side assured me that he will send me another shawarma to make amends with what has happened.<br/>This restores my faith in customer service and the desire to improve hospitality at Automatic JBR. I have been to automatic zillions of times and have tasted almost every item on their menu so it's quite tuff for me to recommend a particular dish cz they serve every dish with love and quality . However I love Tabbouleh salad, hummus Shawarma, and mixed pastries. The staff is very polite and they take good care of your meal served.
