We visited the shop today for some refreshments and we ordered our favorite chocobon and caramel pecanbon. I tried something different today, though - instead of the usual coffee (iced or hot), I tried their Mochalatta Chill and I loved it!<br/><br/>The staff were very friendly as well. Social distancing is observed inside the premises and the staff made sure all the tables and chairs, including their equipments are sanitised.

Whenver i ordered cinnabon it comes dry and tasteless in dining its good but for home delievery always waste of money.

We originally ordered 5-piece chocobites & 5-piece cinnabites. Whilst chocobites were fantastic, the cinnabites tend to be hard to chew (clearly not fresh). We called to complain and they right away offered complimentary/replacement package. They sent total 20 more pieces of choco/cinnabites! They were all fresh and yummy! Thank you, Cinnabon!

I ordered for Cinnabites (5 minis) and they sent me one large cinnnamon.Cup is all frothe and cup is just 75% filled up. I ordered grand size, I dont think they sent me the correct size. I rqstd for low calorie sugar and I received white sugar. I demand an explanation. Maybe they are in a hurry to close down. Will not order again; definitely dissatisfied!

Cinnabon rolls are truly yummilicious. The warm baked good aroma has been my all time favourite. Their rolls are so fluffy and delicious. Best place for dessert lovers like me 🤩

Went to purchase the small buns, one bite and it was stale and dry. Took it back and was given a new one. Same issue stale and super dry no matter how much frosting you put on it!!! Went straight to the bin. So Disappointed as I normally never have a problem with this chain. Don’t recommend this branch.

I tried the combo yesterday where you get 2 cold beverages with medium sized Cinnabon fir AED 44.<br/><br/>We tried the chocolate Cinnabon and pecan caramel Cinnabon along with the signature iced coffee. I would say the quality has come down for Cinnabon compared to what I had tried earlier.

My favorite place all time . Had Nutella bon and mini bons . Quick service and the hot freshest Cinnabon was at my table . Mini bons are my all time love , it just melts every bite . Nutella bon was good too .

I tried cinnabon after very long time . I ordered minibon with different flavors such as the classic, chocolate, dates and pistachio. I actually prefer the big cinnabon since the mini's were bit dry . The price was fair enough and the best was the classic. Wish it could be lot better.

I just strongly believe that everything was superb! Especially the choco bun . it’s really one of my recommended. P.s. the price was fair enough. They’re quite busy maybe that’s why food ordered and coffees didn’t meet on my expected time but it was worthy.

I had heard a lot about cinnamon rolls so I thought of giving it a try at cinnabon. well honestly i felt there was a misbalancing of taste because it was tooooo sweet and the cinnamon was adding to the sweetness even more. I cant say the same for the other chocolate rolls over there. Hope to try out few more rolls and change my rating.

After greasy oily food I love treating myself with another dimension of food level and i could not find better than cinnabon mini pecanbon. Amazing taste, excellent service and outstanding affordable price for a box of them. Had 1 and left the others fir after dinner with a glass of milk.

Cinnamon rolls filled with cream and covered with layer of chocolate pecans and choice of your toppings..it's perfect to savour with a cup of coffee.

I always love to buy the classic cinnamon rolls, tried chocobon this time and it was so lovely! Soft, bit gooey and creamy!<br/><br/>I would like to suggest that servers must remove their gloves when hadling cash,though i know and observed that you guys are using tongs too, i believe it will be more palatable to look if you practice removing gloves when not touching food though the store is busy..

Worst service and bad attitude of staff in al gurair branch. Iam Foodie and love to try different places and good environment I visited the branch to had some coffee but when the order taker is come in my table her first question is we are closing 1am.waitress ( Mrs jennelyn ) the attitude is very rude while taking the order I place her the order of one mochalate and bottle of water.i think she not understand and she placed the wrong order.when my order is arrived she bring wrong order and make argument with me. I think you guys had a nice brand image in market and also have a nice quality of product. Just my personal opinion need to give some training to staff how to behave with customer iam a regular customer but iam sure I will not visit again to your al gurair branch thanks.

I wasn't a big fan of Cinnabon previously. I had only the original prior to this but this time i tried the chocobon and now im a fan of this place too. What's even better than just the chocobon is the cream cheese dip which you can buy separately. I dip the chocobon in the cream cheese and I have really yum dessert. I haven't seen the dip and this massive seating in other locations. I feel this is a very good dine in location too.

The mochalatta was actually good, the mount of choco flavor was very balanced and it wasnt too sweet. The pecan cinnabon was also good, but this is really sweet. Couldnt finish whole regular size. But overall it was good place to eat deserts and hang out with friends

What is special about Cinnabon is that it already spreads out the irresistible smell of Cinnabon. And is readily attractive everywhere. This Cinnabon outlet in Al GHURAIR Centre has nice view facing to the Al Rigga Street.

Love the cold mocha drinks. The cinnamon roll for me is too sweet, when you feel the first bite its good and tasty. The portion from their promotion is good enough for single orders. Their place are good and clean. But I noticed some staff are goofing off in front of the counter. It’s perfect to stay if you’re waiting for someone to meet. 😊

Very difficult to just pass by Cinnabon and not feel tempted to sink your teeth in one. I called for a cinnabon and hot chocolate. The service was quick and ambience is cool.

Poor and slow service. We had to wait for. Over 15 minutes before someone came to ask for our order. We had ordered hummus and a classic cinnabon, black tea and cappuccino. The food came fairly quickly in that the cinnabon was not properly coated with the cream cheese on the top. When we told that its was not done the lady said it's ok and it will be charged extra for extra cream cheese.<br/><br/>Then it took another 15 to 20 minutes for the drinks to. Come and that too when we reminded the lady.<br/><br/>The cappuccino was not very hot it was only warm,and for some. Strange reason we were the only ones in the place to be given in take away glasses. Couldn't understand why.<br/><br/>Anyway service is very very slow.

Good place to have coffee along with some mouthwatering cinnabons. Cinnabon is an absolute heavenly desert, its aroma is so refreshing and it melts in to our mouth.

Dropped in for coffee after lunch and thought of going all the way to complete lunch with dessert so ordered for the mini mini caramel pecanbon and a mini chocobon. Yummy, warm, cinnamony! The best snack to have while shopping. Good coffee. Great time. I don't think there is any one in Dubai who haven't tried cinnabon. It doesn't need any review! Its the best. <br/>Personal fave: Chocobon!

I love the fact that through years the quality of this snack hasn't deteriorated. <br/>Our orders:<br/>- Pecanbons.<br/>- Honey Pistachio bons.<br/>The pecanbons were amazing as usual. The honey pistachio bon wasn't special.<br/>- Raspberry mocha kiss: it tasted like Milo or Drinking cocoa, it doesn't have raspberry flavor at all. I even asked the server "are you sure this is raspberry mocha kiss?" .<br/>- Honey Pistachio Chillata: highly recommended. <br/><br/>The drinks should look like the ads or the photos on their website. I don't know why, but the drinks came without whipped cream, syrup or nuts on top. The raspberry mocha kiss should have whipped cream and raspberry syrup on top. The chillata should have whipped cream and crushed pistachio on top. I won't mention this if I asked for "no Whipped cream".

Just to end the day and to treat myself, I head on to Cinnabon. That smell right outside the cafe can be a perfume (not even joking), there are variety of things that they offer but obviously their specialty is the winner. I love their original cinnabon without any extra sauce, it has the right balance of sweetness and the smell of cinnamon is very soothing after a long day.<br/>The chocolate cinnabon (Chocobon) on the other hand is very sweet, I felt that the chocolate over powered the flavor of the cinnabon and didn't create the best combination. <br/>Lastly there is the Pecan cinnabon (Pecanbon), has a crunch to it because of the pecans and it was glazed with a sugar syrup. The Pecanbon was not too sweet, would say it was average because I am not such a big fan of Pecans.<br/>But love the Cinnabon without any extra flavoring, specially when its all warm and toasty.

I dont like cinnamon because for me its just only a fragrance, even in tea flavored cinnamon. So i keep avoiding on tasting bread with cinnamon .but one of my friend insisted me to taste a bread from cinnabon so what do i expect it has cinnamon of course But i still tried and i regret the moment of avoiding their bread . Spent sibling time last night with my sister in here. we decided to try the new cinnamon roll and it was fantastic! It matched my mochalatta chill. Only thing We are not happy about was how they (staff) approached us. No eye contact while taking our orders and no smile. It's a shame cause the stuffs we had were really nice and so was the place. If not with those two things then I would have given them a 1.5.

Went here because my GFF's sweet cravings. I can say that the cinnamon rolls here are one of the best cinnamons I tasted. A lot are saying that the roll itself is too sweet. But for me the sugar level is standard. As we all know, people have different taste buds. Anyways. I recommend this to those who have sweettooth and just wanted to relax without too much people.

Tried their new Reese peanut butter cinnabon, which was really amazing, before we would take a picture it was demolished lol, and lastly went for the new chocolate and coconut macaroon javakula, which was a 3.5 in terms of size and taste, it was refreshing and chocolaty, but lacked the coconut macaroon part. But overall a good experience for some late night cravings!

Always an indulgence to have some warm gooey pecanbon from Cinnabon. <br/>I love the flavour, and the pairing of pecans with a delectable sauce, along with heaps of that lustful cinnamon flavour coming through wonderfully.<br/>This being said, I'm only a fan of their pecanbon. Nothing else from their menu strikes a good chord with me unfortunately.<br/>Until then I'll just be happy with my "Pecanbon" 😊<br/>

Post dinner decided to have my dessert from this place . Cinnabon rolls have always been unique and lovely . Had the roll and it was lovely like always . Super soft from inside with perfect<br/>Portion . Each roll is good for per person . Ambience wise the place was neat and decent . Staff was friendly enough as they greeted us . Over all , Cinnabon experience is always great for dessert lovers 👍

While I understand that people have different tolerances to sugar levels, I found Cinnabon way beyond mine! I ordered the Biscoff drink along with the Shish tawook wrap and was mildly disappointed with both. The cinnamon rolls were way too sweet even for my friends. I'm not sure they were happy about their other choices either. Wasn't happy with the service at all. The waitress kept coming back to retake the orders for "following up."

I love their cinnamon rolls. Cinnabon classic rolls are amazing . for a change you have choices like chocobon which chocolate and cinnamon mix, pecanbon and with various toppings like ice cream, caramel etc. and once I have tried their berrybon also which was there for limited time and that was yummy too. Their Cinnabon sticks are equally good. And next to it is Seattle's best coffee so automatically you have the option of taking some hot or cold drinks along with your rolls. I normally take cappuccino or latte. And they do have very convenient and comfortable seating arrangements. My rating does not give negetive feedback on cinnabon's taste. The cinnabon is marvoules lovely tasty & outstanding food to have as breakfast or evening brunch. I never knew what exactly it is unless I saw tv serial on history channel called top secret recepie where Todd Wilber chlone the recepie and looks fantastic which activated my taste buds to have it, now the fact of giving low rating reason is inspite of being a multinational group the employees dont have the respect and bother to talk properly and smile to customers not only in city centre but also across all cinnabon outlets very bad experiance as if they don't get salaries to work very very bad experiance.

Cinnabon has always been my favorite, I'll just have a plate of Chocobon and I feel like everything is in place. So heavenly especially paired with chillata or any frappe in Seattle's Best coffee.<br/><br/>I always go here whenever I crave for a quick sugar rush. And it never fail to satisfy me. The new mnm's chillata is absolutely worth a try especially during summers in Dubai! Kids enjoy this drink as well. It is well blended and perfectly topped with the icy cream.

When you enter al ghurair from the other side (where nandos is) you automatically get seduced by the aroma and scent of cinnabon. Delicious and filling are these cinnabons, the best one to order is the chocolate one with extra chocolate sauce hehe

Who will never ever miss a day without passing by their store in Al Ghurair and inhaling the sweet smell of their baked goodies?<br/><br/>It is always a heavenly treat for me everytime I help myself with a Chocobon or even just their regular, classic Cinnabon with an extra chocolate or cream on top.<br/><br/>A quick tip, I am not sure if this still applies, but every late night, they sell these lovely goodies at half the price.

Really mouth watering & truly amazing.<br/>Milkshake: I love the chocolate & Caramel Milkshake.
