Used the offer to buy two buns and get one free.. we already had lunch and went there just to eat their hot buns.. we normally like them without any topping as I feel topping mask the real taste.. as always served hot and crispy.. for us the bun is like a snack and it can’t be lunch or dinner as it’s not filling.. Dubai mall has a nice outlet where u can sit out and enjoy the view around.. give it a try for sure <br/>

Papa Roti and their bun was one of the novelties for me. They have created a new category with their unique product bun. I generally choose their combo as bun plus tea or coffee. For bun my choice is Nutella and hazelnut. This location in Dubai Mall is near the ice rink and it’s mostly crowded.

While shopping at the Dubai Mall, had to stop at this famous place called Pappa Roti which is one of my favorite places for a nice cup of piping hot tea along with the yummy bun.<br/>We had ordered Turkish coffee (emirati style) & ginger tea long with their signature plain pappa buns.<br/>Ginger tea was absolutely perfect with less of milk & l’il bit stronger in flavor as I had ordered it to be that way..Turkish coffee was nice too with a lot of flavors like cardamom & saffron..loved the aroma of it & the coffee was served with some dates. The buns were freshly baked & were just perfect..they were crisp & fluffy from outside while soft from the inside..loved the plain flavor as it’s not very sweet & it melts in your mouth..definitely recommend this place to enjoy a cup of hot tea/ coffee along with the signature buns👍🏻

Well, I was extremely hungry and was extremely disappointed by the filly steak sandwich I received at Pappa Roti. The bread was over-microwaved, which made it all soggy. The bread only had some super thin steak slices and a couple of cheddar cheese slices inside. The plate looked poor with the few chips and carrots in there. <br/>It was just an unexpected and unsatisfactory lunch.

I have fond memories of this place because my fiancé made me have these buns before an exam. The warm buttery- melt in your mouth- delicious buns 😍 made me forget about my exam and actually about everything else 👻. Have visited couple of times to this place. It's one of my favourite places in Dubai Mall to have Chai and Bun. The Mexican buns they offer are amazing, soft it melts in your mouth. They have variety of buns to taste. My favourite is The original simple regular bun with Karak tea or ginger tea. Best bun in Dubai. Whenever my friends or family visit Dubai from India I definitely bring them here.

While I have been to many of the pappa roti's outlet, this one seems the best one yet, the place serves bun which are wicked crispy on the top which is usually missing in most of the outlets, in this i ordered a almonds, nutella bun and the classic lotus bun, the lotus bun as usual is a pure bliss to eat but this time around the crispyness of bun coupled with the nuts and made it even better.<br/>In the beverage department a cappucino blended ice was ordered, it was a nice blen probably better than some coffee houses around the corner.<br/>Would always love to go to the place and highly recommend it to each and everyone.

Dropped by at the Dubai Mall outlet of Pappa Roti last evening for a quick bite! The whole restaurant smells of freshly baked buns which is divine! Kids loved the buns too and were pretty fascinated by its size. The staff is friendly and hospitable and the ambience is quite classy!<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/>Beverages: Zafrani Caffe Latte, Black Tea, Cafe Latte, Blue Caribbean Slush<br/>Buns: Zafrani Bun (I guess it is for limited period), Bun with Almond and Nutella, Pappa Roti Signature Buns<br/><br/>The buns were soft, fluffy, crispy and a delight to eat! I visited the branch last night; I opted for the takeaway option whereas the staff suggested to take 5 buns pack. When I came to pay they told me that they only had 4 and to take them instead?!? For starters they suggested something that wasn’t available secondly the mall was due to close within 1 hour or so they didn’t offer to make fresh ones until I sighed & almost turned my back on them. I waited for about 15 mins to get new ones, sadly they didn’t pack them in a pleasant manner (individually packed in paper bags) when I reached home they were all squashed which was extremely disappointing.

I have been curious about the buns this place serves and wanted to visit for a while. Before entering I asked to see the menu as I wanted to check if they had some options for kids. I was glad to see some sandwiches and pizza on the menu. When we were settled at our table the server came to take the order. I only then found out that they didn't have the pizza and some of the sandwiches. Although I was going to have the bun I wanted the option for my little one and would have appreciated if I was informed before we settled at our table.<br/><br/>What I ordered -<br/><br/>Drinks<br/><br/>Mixed fruit juice - I ordered juice instead of coffee so I could share with my little one. The juice tasted like a watery grape juice and nothing like a mixed fruit juice. The little one however didn't mind it much and had some of it.<br/><br/>Turkey and cheese croissant - This wasn't good. Cold cuts of turkey (which tasted really bad) with cheese and some sauce in it with some potato crisps and a few slices of cucumbers. We had just the croissant. I know sandwiches are not their speciality but this was really disappointing.<br/><br/>Nutella bun - I was really looking forward to trying this and was a bit disappointed. I'm not sure how they were supposed to taste and if this one was not that good but I didn't quite get the hype around it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything great.<br/>I would really like to try some other options and at other branches just to compare the taste.<br/>

Staff are all polite and friendly. Awesome customer service for Diana & Marlon. They remember me & my husband's favorite and usual order whenever we go sit in the cafe.☕️🍪 The brewing coffee aroma and the fresh bun's baking in the oven simply wakens up our sleepy souls. Their coffee has a signature taste that is so different from the usual coffee shops around that's why we keep on coming back for real good taste. We always make sure stopping here is part of our Dubai Mall itinerary.

When we moved to Dubai 6 years ago. I always wondered what this place was and why was it always packed. Me and my hubby would walk past it wondering what are these buns everyone is having when finally we decided to give it a try only to become their number one fans! We totally loved the crispy melt in your mouth buns. As soon as you take a bite you can see the warm butter oozing out. You can have it in different flavours although my favourite is the original one along with papa milk tea. We almost visit the place once a week.

Stopped by for evening tea at the famous Pappa Roti at the Dubai Mall. Asked for their special and they got me their bun soaked nicely from the inside and lovely hot tea. Being an Indian, this was the best combo I could have had. Haven’t had any better. It was so good. Nice ambience seeing people walk by. Service with a smile

I used to visit Pappa Roti every weekend for their bun and coffee. Its been 6 months since I last ate here. Today I ordered my usual, bun and latte.The bun is still the same as before. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. The only thing that I am not happy about was the coffee. It was not good as before. Bad choice of coffee bean I guess. I hope they invest in good coffee beans to complement their best bun. I would still come to Pappa Roti but will order tea next time instead. Thanks to their friendly staff!!!

Papa roti may have its charm by its magnificent buns but they sure as heck don’t know to serve people right, the server was not friendly at all to me and checked up on every single table around me except for mine.. they were not even welcoming enough especially when I placed an order (probably because I didn’t order much but just a classic bun) <br/>I was also forgotten to give cutlery and I was served a very weak plastic quality knife that I could get no grip on my bun with that you probably get in a Chinese drive thru.. <br/><br/>This is a very good restaurant that serves nothing restaurant quality.. also please teach your staff some friendliness thank you! <br/>Never coming back to this branch!

These Buns are a delicious mystery to indulge in. They have a crunchy exterior with a pillow-y interior and that buttery centre as you dig in, is just mere foodie bliss. Papparoti taking “buns in the oven” to a whole new level. I usually prefer the classic with no toppings, but, that shouldn’t stop you from adding their fast-selling Chocolate-Hazelnut and Lotus dripping. This is a scrumptious hogging after quite a lot of walking at the mall.<br/>

This is a review long due but since I decided to review everything I tried I will start with this one. This concept was new to me so I tried their classic bun with butter, my relatives tried the ones with chocolate and cheese, we also ordered Turkish coffee and karak chai. Everything was great and tasty but I felt a bit sick after having the butter one. I am not sure if you consider this a dessert or not but to me is a stand alone meal. Filling and full of calories.

The bun itself was served warm, and lived up to the hype! I have been meaning to eat here for a while now.. And so finally the day came.<br/>The place was full but thankfull we didnt have to wait much. We had the milk tea, latte and buns with a topping of Nutella and other with Lotus. The bun was crunchy and the toppings didn't make it too sweet. Service was swift and curtious.

The popular place which is popular for their BUNS. Its really good and freshly baked . We tried buns and cappuccino which was really good but we did not liked their saffron late which was lacking of saffron flavour taste like only milk with sugar . Staff are really good and helpful . I was in papa roti this evening with my family.. l am person who gave up coffee and tea.. this place serves caffeine free drinks like milk shake fresh juices and flavored milk.. I tasted this saffron tea which was amazing.. was not very sweet and very aptly flavored and very refreshing.. I loved the bun combo too where I chose lotus biscuits and my son chose Nutella bun.. both were awesome. Before I used to visit this place for their buns but hereafter am gonna visit this place for this saffron milk.. I give 100 stars for saffron milk.

This cafe is in between the walkway beside the Skating rink. No particular ambience or interiors to speak of- smart and simple seating arrangements. The main and only attraction is the Roti. And that's enough.<br/>The supervisor is extra efficient and helpful. The serving staffs are a bit indifferent though.<br/>The menu is same everywhere. With the Roti, different combinations of coffee, tea, shakes and desserts.<br/>The roti is 12 dhs. The combo with coffee is around 25 dhs. You can put toppings of various kinds with an extra payment of 5 dhs each.<br/>I took honey and cheese toppings on the Roti. Both tasted lovely. I specially like the butter at the base of the Roti.<br/>Coffee was decent.<br/>I will go again and again.<br/>

However the master mind behind marketing and expanding this brand made it up to the big league brands.<br/>Brands like PappaRoti is not anymore about the product or service. However, it is about planning and executing.<br/>In spite of the amazing bun which is still consistent in terms of quality, however the service needs to be upgraded a little bit more to match the brand promise.<br/>My rating should have been 5/5 of this branch, but the fact that not all stores are under one umbrellas where some are franchised, my recommendations to the management is to hire a business development who can take this brand to the next level.<br/>So many exciting ideas can be done to all stores; Dubai mall has the largest footfall due to its location and can’t be taken as a benchmark; I am talking about the one facing the ice ring and not the one of the second floor which is not doing that great.<br/>If until now you did not visit this branch please do and enjoy the amazing taste of that bun who took Dubai by storm when they first open.<br/>All the best.

Stopped by for a quick bite at papa Roti while shopping at the Dubai mall, we ordered affegato, blue slushee, junior hotdogs and the classic bun. The food was ok over all but the quality of the bun was a real put off it was cold and stale. So not happy about that. I prefer the branch at city walk for the service and food quality.

Tried the plain one and the chocolate hazelnut bun. Both were really soft and delicious however, they are quite buttery and heavy. We didn’t expect chunks of butter in the plain one which was a bit much but overall the taste was pretty good. The cappuccino served with it was delicious and not too heavy either. Was the perfect blend of milk & coffee.

When it comes to have a Bun with coffee then this place is one of our first choice. Recently tried Elderflower iced tea, peach tea with bun combo. Nice nice and simply nice. Buns are delicious and freshly made.

Piping hot bread with a crisp outer crust and soft inside with melted butter at the centre. The toppings add to this delicious treat. My favourite topping is nutella. Make sure you choose kadak chai as an accompaniment. It's one of the best kadak chais of Dubai. This outlets quite capacious and service is impressive too.

The staff were kind and friendly. The coffee is amazing and the buns are so tasty and delicious!!! You can add different sauces to the buns such chocolate and strawberry or even make it savory with cheese. <br/>A must try with friends and family!!!

<br/>Very good place to sit and talk. Music was a bit louder in a certain area; we were lucky to be seated by the entrance which was a bit quieter. My bread and double shot cappuccino were good. The waitress was a bit too much on table visits - it is not bad but they need to take it easy on that, as some guests just want to talk and rest after a long day of walking around the mall.

Stopped by this place for evening tea during the dubai mall visit. It was packed but luckily they arranged a place. They have a number of combos which include a bun with different teas and coffees. Ordered two combos with pappa milk tea and pappa cardamom team with Nutella and Lotus biscuit toppings. Unfortunately the cardamom tea didn't have any cardamom flavour. The Nutella bun was okay but the lotus biscuit bun was outstanding.

My usual. I love the normal buns from Papa roti, it's delicious just the way it is. It just melts in your mouth and leaves this sweet/salty, buttery taste. [AED 12] a must try!

The quality of their buns, might takeaway the limelight from their other specialities like shakes! They serve great shakes as well! One could label them as a tad bit overpriced, but the quality of the shakes make up for it. The staff is sweet, and the decor is simple. Located conveniently at the heart of Dubai Mall, its an easy spot. Always tried the Chocolate Topped Signature Bun and for a change, I tried the Lotus Biscuit Topped Signature Bun. <br/><br/>Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with the lotus syrup topping bringing in more flavour, it was really delicious. <br/><br/>Great ambiance. <br/><br/>A .5 reduction in the rating due to the rude, impatient waitress. She probably had a long, tiring day however, a smile would suffice.

Don't let the word Roti in the name confuse you. It doesn't have much to do with the Indian bread-Roti.<br/>I had my first even Pappa Roti at the Dubai Mall (We got a take way pack of 10 buns) and the words after my first bite were "Ummmmmhhhh"!<br/><br/>Back in India I wouldn't even consider paying as much as 12Dhs for a mere bun but at Pappa Roti, it was definitely worth it! The golden brown buns are super crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. These buns are best eaten hot! You encounter the best part of the bun after a couple of bites- the buttery filling. You will find most Pappa Roti outlet crowded at any time of the day. I am looking foward to trrying out their Bun +coffee combo soon! Sure to love that too.<br/><br/>The buns smell amazing and taste great and offers great value for money.

If you are in Dubai then i guess you must go here every evening just for their bun and coffe/karak chai. <br/>I could never imagine having a bun and falling in love with it. Even as i write this review it makes me crave for their cheese bun with iced mocha. it's the bestest of bestest bun i have had anywhere in this world till today. it's soft it's crispy it's sweet and it's salty and it's buttery and it's just amazing. it's a must must have thing if you are in dubai. if you leave dubai without this bun then you haven't eating anything in dubai.

Papa Roti has been my go to place for Karak for a while now. I absolutely love the fresh buns they serve. Every since they opened branches all over the city every now and then I visit them. <br/><br/>This branch inside Dubai Mall is popular and and is located in between the stores so its easy for one to take a break from shopping and enjoy their delicious varieties of tea and the bun. I prefer the plain one however they also come with chocolate, strawberry and other sauce toppings.

Stopped here for a smoothie to have some rest from shopping.. I ordered one as well as a bun (since it's a specialty here). The overall experience was average, the smoothie was even below average ( i didn't finish it) and the bun tasted like crepe (the only difference is the presentation and shape).

Brownie Chocolate Frappe is also tasteless, it does not have that strong and thick chocolate taste.<br/><br/>Presentation ☆☆☆ : The presentation is fair, not so special. No special toppings or something special.<br/><br/>Location ☆☆☆☆ : The location is a 4 stars, it's in the middle of the walkway near shops. It is really good.<br/><br/>The experience is not so good. I am from Mumbai and alway miss bun chai which use to have it with my friends and pappa roti is surely the place to satisfy that craving. It's bun just melts in your mouth. They have various variety of buns with topping but my all time fav is plain bun it just connects to my old memories.

I am a huge fan of their signature buns but for the first time i was totally disappointed with the bun they served.we paid a visit on 11/12/2016 by 7 pm.we ordered 2 sets of signature bun with mochacchino.It was hard and not cooked well.Major decline in the quality.What's happening??

They have made a few changes on the menu and for the best. My favourite combos here are Hot milk/Hot Cardamom Milk Tea with plain buns or Nutella buns. Gets a little noisy over weekends since its an open restaurant but once the buns are served, you couldn't care less ;)

During my recent visit to Dubai, A cousin of mine took me to this place where they serve Bun and Chai and was doing incredibly well. I was thinking how good can a Bun get but then decided to try it anyways as it was a must try in Dubai. So we ordered the Lotus Bun, One with Nutella and Hazelnut and the signature tea. The Bun was made to perfection, Crispy and the right amount of flavour. I personally loved the Lotus where the flavour of peanut butter was comprehending well with the Bun. It is a must try in Dubai.

I had to give this place full. Ambience may not be the best, but the food surely is. The bun appears to be hard at first, but it's got a nice biscuity texture. As you cut through it is very soft and once you pop it in your mouth it melts instantly. The center has something waiting in store for you, it's the rich and buttery. It's got a hint of salt the fits perfectly with the sweetness. <br/><br/>We ordered for the Lotus Bun and the Bun with Chocolate Ice cream. I've written about the bun in great detail, but their Ice cream is really good too. It's got a slight bitterish taste which compliments the sweet chocolate sauce and the gently folded chocolate shavings.
