Last Week Mom , sis and I decided to forgo Restaurant and treat ourselves to lunch at Danial Restaurant . <br/>.<br/>Its in located in First Floor of Al Mazaya Centre Sheikh Zayed Road ..!!!<br/>.<br/>Its really a huge Buffet Menu and “ all you can eat affair with Unlimited “ What more you want to make more happy Ourselves ...!!!😃<br/>.<br/><br/>As hoped, only a few peoples were there when we arrived. It was a pretty chilled and relaxed atmosphere. We seated ourselves and then headed straight for the food, of course!<br/>.<br/><br/>Their Buffet Include a variety of meats and chicken , seafood etc including chilly chicken, grilled Chicekn White peper fry and grilled Prawns etc , Sides included rice and peas, mixed green salad, steamed veggies and potato fries etc ...<br/>.<br/><br/>Overall, the food itself was quite delicious. I sampled everything except Mutton ..<br/>.<br/><br/>However, I did try the Fish Grill with my rice and some salads and it proved to be super tasty and loved it ..<br/>.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for affordable good food and a great place to hang out and relax , then this is the best place to visit ..<br/>.<br/>And truely loved the design and furniture over there.. a super instagrammable place..<br/>.

It’s Brunch Time @danialrestaurantuae <br/><br/>It’s a huge buffet with Wide variety of yummy food 😋😍 Starting of with Soups , Harees , Salads and Starters . There was so many options even for Starters and pickles 😍😍 <br/><br/>Main course included Mutton Biryani , Orange Rice , Baked Beans Rice , White rice , Pasta , So many varieties of Seafood and much more .. <br/>Dessert counter was also filled with variety of yummy desserts and fresh fruits 🍎 . <br/>Special counter for ice cream and Soft drinks 😍<br/>Loved the interiors , presentation of food , ambiance and hospitality . The staffs were very friendly and attentive .

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything frozen and raw please do yourself and your digestive system a favor and never come here. I’ve already booked a hospital ward in advance in case of food poisoning. I will not be surprised if I get food poisoning, my and my digestive system have had a strong feeling since the moment I’ve opened the filthy buffet for the prawns and the seafood. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. I’ll pay anyone not to come here. Thanos does not need to snap anything just send half the population here they will vanish into the toilet and away from this world from the first bite.

Danial is a purely Persian restaurant and of late they have added some dishes from other cuisines as well . Went for an Iftaar buffet which was sumptuous , they have a huge spread and a large sitting area in Mazaya Center . Make sure to reserve your place beforehand to avoid waiting . The buffet has many Persian as well as Arabic ,Continental and Indian dishes . It may be a waste to have such huge spread but every dish is worth a try . Strongly recommended .

Based on the Zomato review decided to try this place. I tried out the Dinner buffet and would say they have a lavish spread. The place was not crowded and one could just have a meal.<br/>When you enter the restaurant, a Filipina staff greets you and dumps you on a table. No introduction of what's on menu or any sort of welcome. Next she places a bottle of water and disappears.<br/>P.S: If you are an European expat, she will give you a complete tour of the Buffet and explain each item.<br/><br/>Me and my guest had to figure out what's on menu and survey the buffet. Some of the dishes didnt even have the name of the dish.<br/><br/>We headed to the Buffet counter and were amazed at the spread. Upon trying out a bit of everything, noticed that the food was stale, perhaps reheated. Every dish lacked taste. The starters were cold, soup tasted like it was hot water with a dash of spice. The salad, main course and dessert tasted like it was prepared a few days ago.<br/>The staff do not bother to clear the table upon each course. It was one of the saddest dining experience.<br/><br/>If anyone is looking for quantity over quality then this is the place.<br/><br/>This would be my first and last visit.<br/><br/>

I was there for lunch buffet . They had lots of variety . Starters , Main . Enjoyed everything . They had some good dishes . The only problem I had was the Fish counter . I could smell it from the ground floor and it def was not inviting . Dessert was too little . . Only soft drinks come along with the buffet . Even a coffee you have to pay extra , which I did .

The selections were plenty and beautifully arranged. They had a variety of cuisines from Iranian, Arabic, Chinese, and Indian. I particularly loved the steamed shrimps, chicken with mushroom, chicken liver, mutton kebab, tom yum soup, and cocktail fresh juice. Ambiance is excellent. Lovely interiors, spacious, and well-lit. Good service. Great value for money.

In terms of quantity and variety it is good. But in terms of quality no no no.<br/><br/>If you are looking for authentic Persian good go to Abshar instead. The food here is nothing more than food court quality.<br/>It's also considered expensive because of the quality.<br/><br/>If you ONLY care about eating a lot it might be a good option, but other wise I don't recommend it.

The never ending buffet can really confuse you as to where to begin your meal from. Went ahead for a family lunch and got pretty lost with choices as the variety was a lot.<br/><br/>Good service and staff.<br/><br/>The quality of food isn't as good as I expected it to be, but sort of covers up for the amount of dishes that are present.

Although their menu doesn't feature many dishes, they serve an amazing buffet which is must try for all those non-vegetarians out there.<br/><br/>We visited this place to preview their iftaar buffet and trust me it reminded us of attending a wedding. The crowd was massive. You wont get a table to sit unless you have reserved a spot two days in advance. At around 6:30, people were already sitting there with their tables and plates filled with piles of food, just waiting to break their fast so that they could relish those tasty looking prawns and kababs. <br/><br/>What we really liked was the variety of dishes that they had. Different versions of seafood, chicken, lam and even 5 different type of biryani. They also have a salad and pickle bar, but We didn't find the salads fresh. They also have so many varieties of desserts. We just fell in love with their gulab jamuns. They also have a good range of fresh juices which u are not included in the buffet.<br/>The food tastes really good, the flavours are not really enhanced. At the end of the day its your hunger that will determine the taste of the food.<br/><br/>Disclaimer : Although this review may have already made you drool and given u high hopes, if you are a vegetarian, this place is not for you.<br/><br/>The place is very noisy because of large groups of family visiting here to have a family iftaar and some have kids which are extremely naughty so be careful while carrying a plate filled with food. The staff is really good and friendly, always on their feet to serve you despite this being a buffet restaurant. It a full on value for money for non-vegetarians. This place is one super busy Iftar dinner place in the town. The food spread is mouth watering and lots of varieties to try. Only negative point will be that the food is very cold and not at all warm even after the burners are located. Very crowded place but very organised and well managed by sufficient number of staff.

We visited Danial on a weekend for lunch. It was pretty crowded with tourists and they had a wide variety of food items. Buffet was 75/- pp. I’d say the food was just average. Most of the items were cold. The kebabs and barbecue chicken were the only items that I liked. I’ve heard they have better food on weekdays but I don’t think I’d visit again anytime soon.

Me and my friends are looking out for a place to go, so one of my friend, who is Iranian, tecommended this place.<br/><br/>It is so spacious, there just plenty of room for everybody!! They even have a family room on the corner. We took a table in there. The food choices in their buffet are just many to mention.. I don't know if its just me or I'm imagining things, but at I had a different menu on the first hour we've been there and different on the second. I mean some food choices weren't displayed there before, but it was all good! It was a foodhaven for us. <br/><br/>It is so affordable for a friday buffet, complete set of menu, good food and good service. I'll be back to discover the mystery

A massive variety. Tried almost everything, but by the end I was quite stuffed. I loved the Iranian Kababs and the salad variety. Both of them were irresistible. The meat was nice and succulent. The seafood - Hamoor and Crab were pretty good, but I felt the shrimp was a little too bland. I was disappointed with the desserts section. Though there was variety, it lacked quality taste. I only enjoyed the Bakhlawa and the Jelly.

Was here for Iftar on 03/06/16 as had a lot about this place. <br/>Place : located in mall, decent, lots of extra chairs were put due to Ramadan, but we managed to get a good place inside. <br/>Food: Buffet spread was ok, many varieties is starters, but I liked only Mutton seekh and King and homour fish. Highlight was the salad bar, nice and real good choices and ingredients of salads. <br/>Service : no comments.. As we dint have any issues. I guess one needs to go without any expectations on service.

I happened to be here by chance for their iftar buffets and boy it was a pleasure to have their food. The buffet was spread over the entire restaurant and you had an array of food items to choose from. The kebabs were well cooked and were tasty. The dessert were pretty limited and that was the only disappointment. Overall a good place to be.

We have been visiting Daniel since many years. Also hosted Iftar dinners in the past. It used to be good. My recent visit has left a bad impression. Food did not look fresh with dry look. They have taken their popularity for granted and become complacent. The spread is good, but don't feel like eating anything. Their new Ajman branch is much better.

Went to Daniels for lunch a couple of days ago as I happened to be doing some work near Mazay centre and I was really in for a treat... 65 dogs all you can eat Iranian food and salads will surely full you up without leaving a massive dent in your wallet ... I've been to lots of pathetic places and lots of shit food places but today these people at Danial, they crossed everyone In the race of shit food and got number one being the shittiest place to eat in whole of Dubai. Today it extremely got evident that the proverb " it's not the gun but the man behind the gun that matters " was truly and honestly implicated here. They have put a pretty lavished and a pretty big number of buffet in place. I almost literally tried every single thing that was placed in the buffet stalls. But to my utmost amazement and disappointment it all from start till end including all the salads, appetisers, main course and dessert, all were extremely tasteless. I've never in my life eaten an Iranian cuisine as pathetic and bad as this one. And above all they are charging AED 67/- for it. If you add another 5 dirhams to it which will make it to AED 72, so you can get the buffet of sindh shahbaz at Satwa ghazal mall which is not only 1000 times better but it's taste is 5000 times much much better. For these guys and there taste I don't have any word to describe them except below the level, pathetic and grouse taste. I mean I filled my plates and just after one single bite I would left that full till top plate aside as I never even touched it, it was so pathetic in taste. One bite and that's it your taste buds would be done and over with and you'll say thank you very much for such a disastrous food.<br/>Here's the rating segregation as follow:-<br/><br/>1) Quality 0/5.<br/><br/>2) Quantity 5/5<br/><br/>3) Taste 0/5.<br/><br/>4) Pricing 0/5.<br/><br/>5) Overall 0/5.<br/><br/>In the scoring bar there was no 0 cause if it was they would have gotten 0/5 there also.

Hugh spread of authentic Iranian buffet at a very affordable price.. most or almost 75% of the items in the buffet were really tasty which is not the case in most places offering buffets ..they had less fillers and more main courses which i liked..

Good place to visit if you are confused what to eat for lunch. They have an ample buffet mixed with all kind of food at fair price. (Seafood, mix grill, Iranian, Indian , Arabic, Salads, Sweets, fruits ). My favorite was the grilled Kabab but the seafood was not very good , many seafood options but was not flavourful, the grilled duck was very good; fresh and tasty. The cleanliness of the restuarant was good but can still be improved. The service was typical and computerized.

I give 3 just for the sheer abundance of food items on display, it can't be easy. It was overwhelming but in a good way. The place on a Thursday evening was busy but we managed to get seated pretty quickly . The staff very efficient and work swiftly clearing huge numbers of plates. The taste of the food was below average. Some of the food smelled stale. The prawns and crab were plain boiled and frankly unappetising. The calamari was cold and stringy. Rest of the curries were pretty average in taste. What stood out for me would be the fresh kebabs , grilled fish and chicken biryani. They also had a pretty impressive array of starters, sadly a bit cold and salads were lovely as well. The desserts were pretty mediocre with the gulabjamun that was pretty good. A verdict for quantity versus quality and quantity would win. Below average food with mind boggling variety albeit some very nice dishes.

let me start with what happens when u enter the restaurant...<br/><br/>u r completely overwhelmed (in a good way)!! it's like you have no clue where to start and it got me thinking, how am I even going to try out half the stuff??<br/><br/>There must have been at-least 60 dishes... the ambiance is nice and the staff are friendly..<br/><br/>Coming to the food part.. fish, chicken, beef, mutton, duck.. u name it, they have it.. Oh! and veg too.. personal opinion; the food was just average, nothing really caught my attention or managed to invoke the 'WOW' feeling..<br/><br/>A solid 3.5 would be my rating..

Just can't fault anything about 'Danial' from welcome to departure. This applies to all their Dubai branches. Love the wide variety of the buffet but Danial got to work on their desserts selection and add much more options, really doesnt match the richness of the buffet! I wouldn't think of cookies, brownies or ice creams as desserts when you can add better selection! This is the only downfall of Danial, since I really do take much care to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings after my meal

Been here several times and must say the right place to have a lavish buffet & value for money. The variety and options are wide and one gets to explore it all. Must say it caters to all may it be the starters, pickles, main course and more.I have thoroughly enjoyed the food each time I have come and definitely recommend the same to all. Havent found any compromise on quality.<br/>The decor is good and well set. Pleasant staff adds to the evening.<br/>After a lavish buffet, an iranian tea is the perfect way to end my meal.

We had been to danial on a friday afternoon. It was a treat from our side to my cousins. We had made a reservation and hence had no issues in finding a perfect place. <br/>The buffet was very extensive and amazing. They had two types of soup (chicken and some special veg iranian soup). They were 10+ starters both meat and fish included(loved them. Esp the hammour fish starters and the kebabs. Amazing they were), 4 types of rice (lamb rice was my favourite), various curries, salads and extensive range of deserts. They also had items that kids would enjoy. Beautifully crafted menu. We all enjoyed the food and loved the place. <br/>Price is worth considering the extensive buffet they serve. The staff was very friendly too. It is a must try place and would return for sure. ☺

My cousin's promotion treat was here, and MANN, i must say this place is something else! Since I'm a seafood lover I may come across as biased but their buffet variety is so mindbogglingly amazing that one is lost for options! I personally liked their crab soup, mutton soup, grilled hamour, chicken and muttons kebabs, shrimp curry, chicken biriyani, and apple pie and Bread pudding. Ambience is really good and buffet arrangement is decent. They could do with a bit more of salt in their food though, especially in their plain boiled shrimps and crabs. Service can definitely be better.

This restaurant buffet is not bad at all, it's actually good value for money. Honestly I'm not a fan of buffet as a chef. But I really enjoy Ash (Persian noodle soup). In an attempt to describe this soup , I would say that the flavors center mainly on the fresh herbs (including parsley and cilantro), the fried garlic and mint, the mix of legumes (including lentils, kidney and chickpeas), and last but not least, the “kashk” (a thick whey product which has a bit of a sour flavor). The texture is thick. If you top it off with some deep fried onions with lemon, it's gives it that truly rich Persian taste. I didn't get to try the rest of the buffet though, I just took some rice cooked with orange which was unique and the flavor was zesty and sweet. It's kind of a surprise for me! I enjoyed the saffron grilled chicken, it has an appealing flavor and that grilled taste with saffron. The texture was tender. The chicken with yoghurt is quite strong in flavor, no other way to describe it except to say that the taste 'bites'! Overall my opinion about this place is positive, it's good value for money and has some delicious dishes and the choice of inclusions for the buffet was surprising. By the way, this restaurant offers a huge variety of sea food in the buffet as well. If you are a sea food fan and want to save some cash, this is the place to go.

Love the buffet here, there's something for everybody and it's not even the kind of option that forces you to just settle for it, but the kind that you welcome heartily! Their peking duck is especially tender and so is the meat for the bahmia and meat. Thoroughly enjoyed the salads and the appetizer options too. I'm definitely adding this to our list of go to lunch buffets from now on! (With ChefGuerra )

I am sitting in Daniel while writing this review so I can make sure I won't leave anything out.<br/><br/>crowd: there was a Filipino wedding and a birthday party so it's mostly Filipinos. Even the staff are mostly Kabayan. But, the crowd still have Arabs, Indian, and others. since there are 2 events tonight it's very noisy.<br/><br/>location: it's very easy to spot. upon entering the center there are left and right escalators that both takes you to the entrance of the restaurant. they have a small room as well where the kids party was held (the clown was giving magic tricks) to perhaps keep the kids together and out of way.<br/><br/>food: saffron rice has smoke flavor, tough meat, dry meat, the kebab was okay, crab is dry and tastes unseasoned, the shrimp somehow made my lips itch, they used pineapple slice in can! and I didn't even bother trying out the rest.<br/><br/>staff: very busy people yet very attentive. I love that. they clear the tables so quick and get bills fast. really impressive.<br/><br/>the place itself: the interior is chaotic.<br/><br/>not recommended... You'd rather have dinner somewhere else.

Daniel boasts a buffet of unparalleled variety and value for money. I can only assume it is through the number of daily customers that they make any money. The sheer content of each station will shock you, from their salads and starters to seafood which includes crab, shrimps, and at least three different fish dishes, to their mains – they do not skimp on anything – quite the contrary, there is an overabundance which is borderline criminal. Although predominantly Iranian, Daniel also includes Mandi-style lamb and chicken dishes (which they call Quzi – basically, baked lamb and spiced rice) to appeal to the die-hard locals and/or those who wish to sample Gulf cuisine. The centrepiece of their seafood section is usually a gigantic baked fish stuffed with fragrant herbs and spices in the regional fashion. But where Daniel is different to other Iranian restaurants is that it is VEG FRIENDLY incorporating and an assortment of veg dishes (including, believe it or not, a couple of curries) in its buffet. They make their own bread which is really good too. I think the Mazaya Center branch is far better than the original Twin Towers one. In a nutshell – the best value for money Iranian buffet in Dubai.

The buffet in danial in average iranian food in dubai, they have great variety of appetizers, main course, and salads, but the taste of food is not perfect. I've been there couple of time but all of those time the food wasn't hot enough. Overall they have value for money buffet for like 60 dirhams you will get good variety of food.

Having lived in Iran during the formative years of my life, I adapted to....and learnt to crave Iranian food, specifically Chelo Kebab Koobideh (minced lamb/beef kebabs served with your choice of rice; I liked mine to be saffron rice). After coming to India permanently, I missed Iranian dishes a lot. Mom did cook them occasionally and even though they were really tasty, the authentic taste registered in my mind remained unsatisfied. So during my first visit to Dubai, I was taken to Danial to experience an 'all you can eat' and 'knock yourself out' time. <br/><br/>If you want to experience what all constitutes the best of Iranian food...this place is a must visit. You get to smell, see, taste and experience most of the popular Iranian dishes among other options. The spread is lavish and the ambiance welcoming and comfortable. This is the place I took my hubby to as well, to introduce him to the spread I kept talking about most of the times. Starting with the traditional barley soup, moving to Joojeh Kebab, Koobideh with rice, Khoresht Sabzi and more, we stuffed ourselves well and good. The first bite of every dish took to me a faraway place and satisfied that mental search of years ago. I visit it every time I want to try the varieties of one of my favorite cuisines. For those who are not into Iranian food, there are other options available as well, which makes it an all-rounder place.<br/><br/>Variety of dishes - 9/10<br/>Taste - 7/10 (you may get tastier options elsewhere, but it definitely has the best spread/varieties I have seen)<br/>Service - 8/10 (they're pretty attentive and if asked, they even get the Kebabs well-done and served to you)<br/>Value for Money - 8/10 (a little on the up side, but definitely worth the spread they provide)<br/>Ambiance - 8/10<br/>Quantity - 10/10 (Since it's an all you can eat heaven :-))

I was there during weekend and was very satisfied with price and variety, freshness, presentation of food. Price of buffet is 59aed, including starters, main dishes ( grilled, fried fish, crabs, shrimps, chicken, beef,kebab) and sweets. Interior is simple in old style, don’t expect much but food quality and variety worth it 👍🏻 Much better than sushis Nations or anywhere else.
