I love that ordering an unsweetened coffee isn’t confusing to the employees at Dunkin’. You’d think it’d be simple, but in my experience they are the only ones who constitúyanle get it right the first time.

The line was long today. Any size coffee is two dollars from 2-6 p.m. There was a bit of a wait. The young man at the window had the best attitude. He was so nice and friendly. His name was José. It was my first time at this location but I will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks José. Keep up the great work!👍 My drink was delicious! Worth the wait!

Had a taste for a chocolate long John and Dunkin donuts was where I went. It was close to home. The restaurant was clean. The employee greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. The donuts tasted great. In addition to my chocolate long John I came for, I was drawn to the pink donuts with sprinkles and took some home for the grandkids.

This location is far better than the one in Racine this is the one in Zion on Sheridan Road. But it's a good location I get my ice cream that I shouldn't have but it still tastes good so it's hard to keep me away. Fast service reasonable pricing good selection on ice cream they did not have the selection I wanted last time but still good ice cream choices

Laid back and chilled, I unfortunately couldn't fill the survey with the free donuts. But I'll leave a review instead. Thanks to Ms Gili, kinda gal and was cool and the Mango Banana smoothie was tasty!

I LOVE COFFEE!! Dunkin is my favorite. The Dunkin in Zion is great. Edith is the best! The mornings you are in and out pretty fast. The afternoons can be inconsistent. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes they take 5 minutes just to take your order.

Love this location-great customer service and amazingly fresh brewed unsweetened black ice tea which is my absolute favorite drink of choice in the morning! They always get it right and not once has it tasted old or swampy which starts my day off right! Pairs great with a fresh Boston cream or toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. This place can get busy especially in the morning and the employees do a great job and deliver friendly and exceptional customer service!

I love their coffee drinks but their donuts are not the same. What happened to the fresh every 4 hours when they first opened up? Now they have sourced out their donut making . by the time you get them they are already a day old.

Stopped out at this location a couple of nights ago. As ever other coffee shop was closed in the area. Got there about 2 mins to close. Usually I expected to be turned away. They took care of me and my siblings and did it with smiles on their faces. Lindsey and Miguel were extremely nice and coffee was spot on! They were very pleasant and more then willing to meet our large order.

🤠🤗👍👍👍👍👍This restaurant is better than some of the other Dunkin Donuts I have been to. They still have the smoothies and the sandwiches are actually better here. The coffee also has a better taste, they make it a bit stronger and it's much more flavorful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
