Lupe, the receptionist, is very pleasant and helpful.
When getting my deep cleaning today, I explained to the dental assistant that I always need extra anesthesia if it is given through needle. She told me I had to wait until it hurt to get more. I don't understand why they couldn't take my word for it and why I have to prove my pain before they can take it seriously.
Other than that, the cleaning was quick and they got me in on time so I'm grateful. The dentist also found a temporary alternative to the expensive treatment I can't afford right now.
Beyond the anesthesia issue, this was a good visit.

I’ve been coming for 20+years with my children I love the attention and treatment from the girls in the front -Manager (Laura) she’s very smart about her job ,attentive ,and professional always very explanatory with all the information you want and need know .-The treatment coordinator ( Veronica) is very intelligent in all aspects of her job she knows what she’s doing and ready to assist wen others need help. - The floor supervisor (Veronica) is the sweetest person very caring very and very knowledgeable about her job e excellent worker Their receptionist Lupe is very welcoming as you come in and she enlightens your visit to the dental office !!!! Ty for all these years of service guys 😊

The office staff are really nice. I didn't have to wait very long at all to be seen. They did my cleaning and fixed a broken filling (the original filling was done by a different dentist.) I recommend this business

I had a great experience here. Lupe, the receptionist, was very helpful and was kind. The dental assistants did a very good job as well as the doctor when doing my cavity filling.

I got appointments to see doctor within couple of days from my initial call. Check in was easy. Receptionist was friendly and respectful. The back office staff addressed all my health concerns and were respectful.

The girls at the front desk are very rude and short with people, In person and on the phone. I had my appointment at 9:30am on 4/4/2022.
They made me feel very uncomfortable. I plan to choose a better office in the future. The rudest of the bunch is the heavier set older lady.

My dad went today and was about too get his dentures, the afghan and other staff ladies treated my dad second class, and started arguing withy mom, over the dentures being too big for my father's mouth. The afghan dentist told my mom how we didn't pay this, but funny how my dad works and subtracts his medical for it. The staff and everyone is rude. My advice stay away at all costs this happened today on 4/28/22 at 3:30pm. My dad just walked out unhappy.
