Pizza Pan

Waited an hour for probably the worst Italian sub I've ever bought from a restaurant. There was no lettuce, huge chunks of onion, and salad tomatoes on it lol. The bread immediately fell apart, it was soggy. And the sandwich was rather salty tasting. The guy who took my order confirmed they had deep dish pizza but the pizza that arrived was as thin as pizza gets. Even though it wasn't the pizza I ordered, it was a good pie. If you have very low standards and like surprises I guess this is the perfect place to eat. Otherwise I definitely do not recommend.

So I called the restaurant and ordered three pies for my Sons school a few days ago. By the end of the call the guy was so professional and he asked me if I would do a review. I told him that I would give him a review based solely upon customer service which was phenomenal. The pizza did arrive at my sons school on time and the taste meter is in. My sons 8th grade class gave it 2 thumbs 👍 up.

We placed our order and were told 1 hour 15 min. Bit long but it was a Saturday night so we let it go. 2 and a half hours later the food finally showed up. See pic below how it arrived. The delivery kid just looked at me like what do you want me to do? No apology or attempt to make it right. We were passing through so needless to say we will never order from them again the next time we are here.

Great place to eat, andrew their manager is always very polite to my wife when she picks up the food and opens the door, they do be out of things sometimes, but I mean who isn't during these times, with the food shortages. I love their sauce its just sweet enough to not mask the other flavors of the pizza. Ill be coming back very soon.
