Five Guys

Super disappointing experience today. We ordered for takeout two burger trays, one cheeseburger and two large fries. The little burger did not have any condiments on it that were ordered, two burgers in trays were ordered with condiments and lettuce, tomato, pickles but got zero condiments at all. Two large fries were put in a separate bag, one was just full the other half full of fries. The price of these items is pretty hefty as it is but worse when you don't receive what you have ordered.

18 dollars for a plane cheeseburger n fries. Talked to 3 people on the. Phone to even place an order. Very rude n snippy. Waited 22 minutes n food was still not ready to go. Employees Stan ding around giving dirty looks. I felt discriminated against. Very upsetting. Will never order or go there again. Sad.

the employees are very unprofessional and not friendly. when i ordered online, the wait time was 7 minutes. i drove over 10 minutes to get to the restaurant, assuming it would be ready. three different employees asked me if i had an online order, i answered yes each time expecting to receive my order. none of them came back to tell me that it wasn’t ready. i waited an extra 15 minutes to receive my food because they didn’t start making it until i got there. keep in mind, there were only about 5 other customers inside and they all had their food already. as i waited, i examined the employees, who were leaning on the counter that food was being made on, not washing their hands and most of them were laughing the whole time i was there while one person made my order. the only reason why i’m giving it two stars is because my burger tasted fine. very disappointed in what this establishment has become

This place was a great place to go eat before the pandemic. It was CLEAN, the staff was friendly and professional. It's now dirty and disgusting. Trash was all over in front of the store along with on the inside floor. Condiments smeared all over the walls, counters, floors. Clean up the place . I will not be eating there any longer.

When we 1st pulled in, I immediately thought we had made a bad decision. The restaurant looked super dismal and empty. There were also no booths, only tables and chairs. I am really glad we went in anyways. The food was absolutely delicious and it was one of the best burgers I have had. The Cajun fries are little spicy and the regular fries are good, but a medium fry really will serve two people. I was not impressed with the attitudes of the ladies working behind the counter. They seemed bored and tired of working. The prices are a little high, but the quality is there. The only recommendation I would have, is to be able to access all of the condiments. We had to ask for more Mayo or mustard. The only ones available were catch up and vinegar. I don't understand why I couldn't find a salt shaker!! (Especially for fresh cut fries!) I will recommend this place or go back in the future.

The only reason it is a 1 star is because I have yo give one. First off I was there for a door dash order. I get places are short staffed and training new people however, door dash does have a time frame for their drivers. That wasn't my biggest problem. The guy working the counter/making fries tonight was nice. He dropped a bag of food and tried telling them he had to throw it away! I don't know if this girl was the shift lead or what but she has no people skills. Instead of being understanding and coaching the young man she constantly chastized him in front of a bunch of customers. Not only that she told him to still serve the food that fell on the ground! ABSOLUTELY A NO GO!!!! Then when I asked for the rest of the order I got attitude! I will definitely be declining and have reported it to door dash!
