Mcdonald's

Called about a mess up (things happen) yesterday morning and Angie was quick and great about getting me a replacement this morning. Very quick, kind, professional service from everyone. They all knew my name and were expecting me but I didn’t feel like a burden. First window was great with Angie and the woman with the super cute green top nails. Darker complected young lady at the next window was sweet and professional as well as the tall gentleman who made my drink (on point by the way). I work in a devoted career of customer service and training, and this site has some rock stars on their hands! Thanks, Queen St Mcy D’s! :-)

Finally all made right...extra onion on cheeseburgers, no salt fries, no ice diet coke. Hadn't been back in one year. There was a sickening amount of salt on my fries. Vowed to not return. Wanted to treat myself in route to filing taxes. Finally PERFECT. I was right to give them a second chance. Pamper yourself Go to this McDonald's. They do it RIGHT.

We stopped in to get a couple of iced coffees. The floor at the counter was stickey. The most glaring thing was seeing 3 of the employees wearing pajama bottoms while working. It was not morning time (not that the time of day should be any reason for any employees to be wearing pj bottoms) but it was 2 in the afternoon. I can't believe this is acceptable by management. The flavored coffee were good though.

We visited the newly remodeled McDonald's in Hallam/East York. They did a great job with the new interior. They now have 2 kiosks which you can place your order. Take a number and have a seat and you get table service. That was nice. The manager was really directing her team. And it was really nice to see. The individuals working were respectful and listening to her. Our food was hot and fresh. And there were not mistakes with our order. They have 2 game tables for kids where they can eat and play. Pretty awesome. Nice experience!
