Ordered handful of times here recently and always hasn’t been like it use to be.
But tonight was just enough,
2/25/22 6:00pm I ordered two subs the time was supposed to be done at 6:32 two sub meals two cookies each two cokes arrive at 6:38 and the cookies are sitting on the tray as there are maybe friends about 3-4 of them inside talking to the workers and I walk in asking for my order should’ve been done. They told me the cookies are not done yet as they’re sitting on the counter still (NEEDING) to be baked I sat inside till 6:59 to get my order subs are cold but cookies were hot! I didn’t get anything extra refund or remake it would’ve been appreciated. I got a “sorry for the wait” I would’ve been okay but walking up seeing them talking to 3-4 friends and the cookies still needing to be baked and 5 minutes after my ordered was supposed to be done it wasn’t.

You know you have poorly trained employees when they don’t even know what a subway melt is. I order this every time I go to a subway, and I’ve never had a problem before. The two women working the counter had no idea what I was talking about, and tried to put all the vegetables on before the sub was toasted, I’ve literally never had anyone try to do that before. They’ve always toasted the sandwich and then put the topping on. I also feel like I was way over charged for the sub because they rang everything through separately instead of charging me for the subway melt which I actually got. So I just spent 10 dollars on a sub that I think is usually like 7 or 8 bucks.

This is a good Subway location to buy from. The staff was very friendly and our order was made quickly. They made sure our sandwiches were thick. Unfortunately, they were out of an ingredient and said that there was not any left which was a bit disappointing but it happens. The eat-in area could be cleaned a bit more often, but other than that it is a nice Subway with good staff. I will buy from here again.

Employee was rude, they just left the prepared inside gettung cold instead of curbside deliverung it as we requested on the app. They put on condiments not asked for and forgot my chips and fountain soda.

Everytime I come in the employees in this store especially female are the rudest people ever. I would avoid this store and drive to another one. Beyond rudeness and I gave it multiple chances. .... avoid this store or hey subway probably fire the employees who are rude to customers...and yes I use to work in food and I understand the stress and how customers can be rude but when the custoner does nothing to provoke you and you just tell at them because you feel like it... problems on you employees

They need people who can speak proper english there i orderd a sub online put my toppings in that i wanted i picked up my sub and had wrong topping i got home called in lady bearly could speak english and listen to what i had to say your website or something
