Cheesesteaks

I rarely ever leave reviews for places, but seriously, if this review can help someone LOOKING for a good cheesesteak in East York, than I must pass on the knowledge.... Just TRY it people!!! BEST cheesesteak in East York, hands down. And, don't even get me started on how Bombdigity those garlic butter seafood fries are!!

Crazy that you close at 8 on a Saturday night!! We really wanted to try this place! As for your response to my review, you really need to brush up on that Grammar and learn some good customer service responses: For example: We are sorry that our hours were not convenient for you. We certainly do wish that you would connect with us when we are open. You won't be disappointed!! Positive feedback encourages customers to want to frequent your establishment. As a business owner, you need to learn to take the high road. The customer is always right. 😉

We have never eaten there before so Wednesday evening we thought we'd try it. The place is a bit small but from I seen while we were eating a lot of people got take out. The way I know that is we'd see them come in get ther food and leave. There was only one other family there. Anyhow the food wasn't to bad but the guy behind the counter has a lot to learn about being a people person. When we went up to order seemed like he had an attitude. This being our first time here we weren't sure of some of the food so we asked him and he was rude in the way he would answer. I asked him one question and he rudely pointed and said it's on the sign. The answer to my question wasn't on the sign so I asked him again and he was rude when he told me. Anyhow enough of that. We are not going back again because of this. Sure I understand people have problems but I was taught to leave them at the door. I know it's hard to do sometimes. When I worked at the motel we asked the guest to rate us good or bad.i got some pretty good ones and some bad ones. When you would get a bad one no matter how small the manager would call you in the office and let you know about it. I think restaurants should have something like this. Man this is getting long. Ok. Enough said

Hands down, the best cheese steaks in the area! They are delicious. I have the app on my phone now and as soon as I get a notification that the food truck will be in our area I change plans for dinner. Ordering and paying through the app, then you get a text when it's ready ... so easy. Love this place. Please come to Dover more :)

5 stars! I came because I had a Groupon but I will gladly pay full price next time. We tried a chicken and a beef cheese steak, both were amazing! The subs are overflowing with toppings, neither of us could finish ours. Customer service is A+, the owner is such a gentleman and the staff were very friendly. I would change the ordering process tho, so you could pay as soon as you order to avoid having to wait in a line before you leave.
