Dunkin'

Very, very slow service inside. They were more focused on drive-thru service than counter service. We waited for almost ten minutes to get two coffees and two (small) donuts. Go figure a top company charges more for a product, all while reducing the actual product size. This isn't just this location; it's all over. Stick to your local grocery store to get the best bang for your, buck.

They hire some of the most pleasant workers I have come across. About a year ago there was a gentleman (he’s a veteran) who was so sweet and very personable, I cannot remember his name anymore. However today I went through the drive through and Anthony was at the window. He was sincere when he said hello and had an amazing personable personality to him. He also wiped my cup off with a napkin then gave me a new clean napkin for my drink wrapped around my cold drink! It has been years since someone has done that at a drive thru. He deserves a raise, or manager position. Great way to start my day. Thank you Anthony- I needed a good morning start today

Pretty standard Dunkin with the doughnuts and coffee and such, they have probably recently had a decor refresh because they also have the cold tap bar which is pretty neat. Workers are certainly overworked and underpaid, I could tell they were working as fast as they could but drive thru was just a higher priority than inside, told them no worries because I had time but I can see this being an issue in the future (obviously at no fault to the workers). If you look at the prices and the average wage of a worker in their position you can see that for just a half hour of drive thru profits they could afford another team member and decrease the stress of everyone involved. If I had to guess the yearly salary of such a worker would be around what one of the franchise owners cars cost and could greatly increase his customers experience at this location. Nice staff.

Food is disgusting all the time bagels aren't cooked properly and coffee is never made correctly its sad because this location is convenient I've tried multiple times to give the location the benefit of the doubt and I definitely understand they are under staffed so I never complain about my wait time but very disappointing when you wait that long and food isn't edible and coffee has strange taste this location really needs to be fixed
